There were some cleaning details that weren’t 100% and the AC wasn’t working initially, but the property managers were very communicative and helpful to get it solved! Great location with easy access to Rosemary, the beach, and shops! Hands down the best porch in the neighborhood!

Outstanding property, I was able to assign rooms/beds to family members traveling with 100% "customer" satisfaction! It's a lot of pressure being the organizer for a large group and the listing details were on the money. Great pool and beach area too. Easy peasy access.We cooked several large meals, shopped at the nearby Publix, and got fast delivery from a local favorites.There was one glaring item missed in the property description. Or maybe I missed it. TWO ICE MACHINES! Wow! Vital and appreciated.We had excellent communication from Kalos Dwellings. Thanks y'all for the great stay.- Stacy from Austin

Definitely Southern Comfort!

This is by far the best property we have stayed in at Seacrest Beach. The property is new, updated and super clean. Property management very communicative and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze. The property has an amazing third floor deck for nice ocean breezes. All of the bathrooms are fabulous and clean. We will definitely stay here again!!! 5+ stars!

Wonderful getaway

Can’t say enough good things about our beach trip. Group of 16 including an infant, 8 and 12 year olds, teens and adults. Location is excellent, well-decorated and spacious house, close to beach and pool. Loved having the bikes to get around. Rooftop deck is a vibe, so relaxing. Yummy food at the Seacrest community pool. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend bonfire on the beach with La Dolce Vita beach service, perfect ending to our stay.

Southern Comfort met our needs

We had a family getaway with 16 people…8 adults and 8 kids. Easy beach and pool access. Our assigned beach tram never ran, but the walk was doable. Beach equipment, towels and 4 bicycles were supplied. The beds were comfortable. Many TVs. The only problem was that there was no ice in the three ice makers when we arrived. One was out of order, but repaired later. A/C worked great.

Beach Getaway

Overall, the property was ok. The lower level AC didn’t work during the duration of our stay and the floors were exceptionally dirty (we had to wear shoes in the house or the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt). Otherwise, the property was fine. We have stayed in quite a few properties in the area and this is not one we will come back to. The owners were responsive, but the property itself could use some maintenance and cleaning.

Great House!

The house is great! Very clean, lots of room, and an awesome deck. Nice TV’s in almost every room. The service of the owners is top notch. Great communication and great attention to detail. Some rentals come with bare bones. (No soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, cups, etc) this house had it all. We were welcomed with an awesome welcome package full of little goodies. You can tell the owners cared. Great location, walkable to the pool, beach, and lots of restaurants/shops. Highly recommend. I have stayed in multiple houses around the 30/A area, and this was my favorite.

The house had a mold issue, and we were unable to find a replacement house. We did choose to stay, but by the end of the stay all the kids had coughs and adults had headaches.
