The stay was great. Loved the atmosphere and the stuff on sight was great. We had an opportunity to see Wilmington in it new growth after leaving this area 30 years ago. We are looking forward to coming again. We even had to tell people who were visiting in the area.

Best place to stay in Wilmington! Clean, all basic supplies (I.e., dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee pot, etc) you need for your stay, great location and so much better than a hotel room. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. 10/10 highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

My partner and I had a wonderful time on this property. It was a seamless check-in process and the house was spotless. They are also in a prime location, walking distance to downtown and multiple restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They were all very happy to help and were very friendly and welcoming. Departure was bittersweet. We were escorted to the parking garage in an awesome golf cart, and the gentleman,

We wanted to try something different, so we tried the boathouse. Very nice unit, nicely decorated and immaculate. It is very comfortable and has a great view. The only disappointment with VRBO is that they will not approve a review with a negative comment.

Such a fun and memorable stay!! The houseboat was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. A few storms came up and the rain hitting the roof was so nice at night! We are at Bonita, just a short walk down from the houseboats (great food and pretty cocktails!) and enjoyed delivery one evening (you can Door Dash so easily here!) The best perks were the golf cart luggage assistance and rides to and from the parking garage. So convenient. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend this place enough! We’ll certainly be back!
