Original working fireplace (with owner permission) and dining table for 6+. A set of French doors open from living area to sunny and private deck with daybed and cafe table. The 2 primary bedrooms each have a Queen bed and blackout linen shades. One of the bedrooms opens out to the deck space where there is private outdoor shower nestled under the canopy of a tree. The main remodeled bathroom has a claw foot soaking tub with hand shower. Large linen closet and full washer/dryer inside the home. Down a set of exteriors stairs is a a private 3rd bedroom with double bed, desk space and a full bathroom with shower. This detached room is perfect for a separate and private work from home space. Guests love the serenity of the property, tucked off the road and nestled in nature in the most quintessential and historic part of Ojai.
