Shared Estate
Please note that this home is located on a shared property with an additional guest house near the front entrance. The guest house has its own separately fenced outdoor area located to the side of the front yard, as well as a separate pedestrian entrance to the property. There is no on-site parking for the guest house. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of other guests at all times.

Private Wellness Club
Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA)—similar to other wellness retreats in Ojai. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit.

Pool Heating - Add-on
Pool heating is available for 2 day stays ($280), 3 day stays ($350) and an additional $70/day for longer stays.

Pets
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $95 per pet fee applies.

Quiet Retreat – No Parties
This is a peaceful property intended for rest and relaxation. Parties, events, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
