All condos have free WIFI; free garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.

This five bedroom penthouse, five bath suite features 2688 square feet of living space on two levels with great mountain views; one king bed; two full beds; two full beds; one king; full and twin; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
