In between Lionshead and Vail Village, across the street from the hospital, enjoy your time in a peaceful, relaxing, creekside location, while still being able to walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy 1700 sq ft of house, 1000 sq ft of creekside deck, one parking spot (possible 2nd spot if requested), washer/dryer, and full kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a third with bunk beds will sleep 6, though the bunk beds are best suited for kids and young adults. Enjoy a wood burning fireplace, directv with Sunday ticket, and netflix after a day of skiing.

Best location in town. Between both Villages so all major destinations are 5-10 minute walk away, yet feels like you are staying in a secluded part of town. Fantastic apartment for recovering from surgery as well.

Great Location and Space

We stayed at this condo recently. We were most happy with the off season pricing, and wish similar pricing was available when we stay during Christmas. The condo is located directly across from the Hospital which made it very convenient to get to either Lionshead or Vail Village. The condo was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. Everything was very clean, and there was a well stocked kitchen. I especially liked the large entry space because we were easily able to store our ski gear without it taking up the living area. The washer and dryer in the unit worked very well also. The owners were very polite and considerate. They left a bottle of red and white wine for us along with granola bars. That was a nice touch. Also appreciated the fact that there was shampoo and conditioner in all of the bathrooms as well as two hair dryers. Great place to stay and we plan on staying here again next February.

Location, location, location. You cannot be better situated in Vail. And the place is GREAT!

Right in the middle of the two Vail "villages" this remodeled, super practical, space is a GREAT deal. While being somewhat modest and understated, the amenities are all there and you just cannot beat the location. The house is flanked by $12 million homes. The awesome transit/trolly stops right in front of the driveway. Walk 5 minutes to both villages/lifts or take the trolly.

Great kitchen and kitchen tools, great fireplace, heated ski equipment room (huge bonus), updated bathrooms, quality furniture, and scenic picture window and large deck looking out over a river. We wanted a great location and a high functioning place to hang with friends and we got it all. Big thumbs up.

Our stay was fantastic! We were close to everything...hiking, walking, biking, or just relaxing on the deck. The home was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. We had several types of wildlife come by including a moose cow and 2 calves. Chris was very helpful and accessible. Can't wait to go back next year!

Wonderful experience!

Great house in a picturesque and ideal location. Walking distance to both Lionshead and Vail Village. Located on Gore Creek with a charming view. Interior looked to be recently refreshed and was very clean. Large mud room for skis / boards and gear, as well as a washer and dryer. Plenty of amenities (soap, detergent, shampoo, etc.) and a thoughtful welcome gift. TV, Netflix, and board games for kids if they don't want to be out on the slopes. Convenient driveway parking. Friendly and accommodating owners. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vail location, great pricing.

Perfect house to walk to and from both Vail Village and Lionshead. No waiting around for buses in the cold. Driveway parking, plenty of room inside and very nice and accommodating owners. Would definitely book this property again and highly recommend.

Gore Creek Home

This house is has a great view of the creek. It is very clean and conveniently located, walking easily to Vail Village and Lionshead. If you are going to the Steadman Clinic it is directly across the street. Chris was very helpful during the booking and stay. Parking was easy. We enjoyed staying here.

While we're renting the entire unit for your enjoyment, we do live in the main unit upstairs. We ask that you please read the house rules and abide by them. We live here year round and ask that our and our neighbor's quiet enjoyment is not affected in any way.

Please do not have any guests or visitors over that are not in your party. No more than one vehicle on site at any time, unless set up with us in advance. Please try to be quiet and not slam doors, and we'll do the same for you!
