Located on quiet Laurel Street in the Country Club Estates neighborhood, the house is just a 10–15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops, the boardwalk, and the beach. Spend the day enjoying everything Rehoboth has to offer, then return home to relax in a peaceful residential setting.

One of the highlights is the generous outdoor living space, with comfortable seating, outdoor dining, and a grill—ideal for morning coffee, family meals, and easy summer evenings after the beach. To make beach days simpler, guests are also welcome to use the provided beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella.

Recently refreshed with updated flooring, paint, and furnishings, the home combines classic beach-house comfort with thoughtful updates. Off-street parking included.

Hi. We're Sean and Jen, empty nesters who just bought this beach house in Rehoboth where we've been vacationing for decades. We purchased the house in late 2023 and have renovated it. This year is our first year renting it out, so we're new to VRBO. Our friends Rich Barnett and his partner Michael, who live in Rehoboth just a few minutes away, are helping us as the hosts/property managers for the house.
