Just what we needed

The house was ok however the bedroom downstairs is not desirable. Hot and humid in basement with large cockroaches. The main level also has roaches . I would recommend an exterminator! The boat ramp had multiple large boulders on it making it difficult to launch .We ended up moving those . The rusted almost gone handle on the back water turn on valve needs replaced. The outside elevator door hinges were broken off . One of the rocking chairs on the back porch had a broken leg . We took that to the basement so no one else would try to use it . We did enjoy the back porch and swing . We also enjoyed use of the boat lift . I’m sure this place would be fine with a few improvements.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfect for slowing down and enjoying beach life. Mornings are peaceful, with calm canal views and boats heading out for the day, while evenings bring cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets over the water. One of our favorite things is how easy it is to walk to the beach—no packing up the car, just a relaxed stroll to the sand and waves. It’s a great area for families, with low traffic and plenty of space to unwind, yet you’re still just a short drive from local restaurants, ice cream spots, shops, and nightlife. We love the balance of feeling tucked away while still being close to everything.
