Welcome to this family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home, ideally located on a quiet canal-front street with stunning water views. This inviting retreat blends beach relaxation, boating adventures, and fun-filled family time in one perfect getaway.
The home offers private boating access with a dry boat lift and on-site boat ramp, making it easy to spend your days on the water. When it’s time for the sand and surf, enjoy a short 10-minute walk to the beach, perfect for sunrise strolls or sunset wave-watching.
Back at the house, fun continues both indoors and out. Enjoy outdoor games like corn hole, challenge each other at the ping pong table, or unwind with a variety of board games and books. Fire up the outdoor grill for a family cookout, then gather around the outdoor fire pit in the evening to share stories under the stars while enjoying the ocean breeze and peaceful canal views.
Relax on the porch overlooking the canal and take in the beautiful, colorful sunsets that only beachside living can offer—an ideal way to end every day.

Some of our favorite moments are sunset walks to the beach, evening fires by the water, and game nights with family and friends. We enjoy hosting because we love creating a space where families can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories together. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well-equipped home where guests of all ages feel welcome and truly on vacation from the moment they arrive.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfect for slowing down and enjoying beach life. Mornings are peaceful, with calm canal views and boats heading out for the day, while evenings bring cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets over the water. One of our favorite things is how easy it is to walk to the beach—no packing up the car, just a relaxed stroll to the sand and waves. It’s a great area for families, with low traffic and plenty of space to unwind, yet you’re still just a short drive from local restaurants, ice cream spots, shops, and nightlife. We love the balance of feeling tucked away while still being close to everything.
