You will own the house for your getaway vacation stay!
Our Moon Beach Villa-House, is for Friends and Family, this home has 2 spacious rooms for up to 10 people sleeping in beds plus sofa bed, each room has quen size beds plus sofa bed or bunked beds and big sofa bed at open living room, with a game room downstairs easy access, private pool and big space for play/relax on the back, with plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) and a perfect location. This is a brand-new building finish on 2024,, with large open space for family / friend time relax or have fun. Our Villa -house is comfy, casual and cost-effective! There are bicycles, surf tables, beach toys for kids, wagon cart beach, chairs, and all you need for the beach; Welcome you to stay at our beach Villa-house!

Located on South Padre Island, Texas; Upstairs Floor has 2 big bedrooms and two full baths at main area, huge open space living room with Dinning and Kitchen open area, connected to front balcony, Downstairs Floor has game room with comfortable chairs, TV 50 inch, and all needs for beach such bicycle, chairs, kids beach toys, pulling car to transport from/to the beach, beach canopy, others
A short walk to beach access (just three houses down) plus a WALKING distance to gravity park and shops / restaurants! There is also a large backyard area that is perfect for eating BBQ's and family time with nice pool for relax.
Our Moon Beach Villa-House has front and back balcony for sitting relax in the morning or the afternoon with a great view and overall sightseeing!

Each bedroom has a Smart 50 " TV with internet access for your favorite channel , apps , as well as the living room has a 65" TV and at the game room also a 50" TV. The game room, located downstairs of the main house, has a ping- pong table and a pool table, for great time. The backyard has a spacious area and private pool with patio for barbecue grill for more fun.

Moon House was perfect for our family vaca. Very spacious, beds were comfy and the game room was a bonus! Especially liked that they supplied any and everything you should need for the super short walk to the beach. The small pool was perfect was the younger children to play in while the adults cooked on the provided grill. I highly recommend checking the Moon House out!

Great rental for family trips

The House was perfect and in a great location. Host was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the private pool, game room, and basketball court. It was so nice to be able to walk to gravity park and multiple restaurants in the evening.

I stayed there with my friends and family, and we enjoyed staying at the house so much! It had everything we needed for our beach getaway and a perfect location for going to the beach and visiting the Island! I will be booking again! 10/10, we recommend.

Javier’s place is lovely! Everything was clean and comfortable and the game room and pool put it over the top. You can see the fireworks from the back patio and there’s tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had a little accident our first day and Javier was so kind and reassuring. 10/10!!

We really enjoyed staying atvthe Moon House! Great location and we enjoyed the fireworks off of the back balcony. The place was a bit dusty-like someone had not been there in a while. Also the bike tires were flat. But overall we had a good time. Loved the huge TVs.

Very clean property! Everything modern. Alot of extra amenities (pool table, ping pong table, bikes, sand toys, dart board, small wading pool, patio furniture, grill). AC worked great. Overall would rent again! The only things that werent the greatest was the comfort of the 2 pullout couch mattresses and master shower water was luke warm/never got hot. Overall a really great experience in a great neighborhood!

The property was really clean, the rooms were really spacious, the livingroom was spacious for toddlers to play, the kitchen really nice & spacious, the balcony was so nice to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee we loved it, we also loved the play area and my kids loved the pool it was the perfect size for them since they're toddlers.They also provided everything you need to go to the beach by the way its walking distance. The things we didn't like is that the stairs are dangerous for toddlers, it will be nice if they add a safety gate for toddlers, and also the grass around the pool wasn't clean it had a lot of dog poop and the grass will get in the pool as well. The backyard furniture needs to be clean it had alot of dog hair on it. Other than that we recommend this home!

The place is exactly as described, and very clean and quiet. Great location with two beach accesses only a block away, and the main road a half block the other direction. We didn't end up using the pool, but it was nice to have the outdoor showers to get the sand off ourselves and our stuff when we got back from the beach. The property also provides lots of beach gear - a canopy, a cart, boogie boards, and chairs, among many other things. We had six people and we were able to hang out and watch TV, get hot showers, and sleep pretty comfortably. The AC works great, as well as everything in the kitchen. The only issue we had was during check-in, which was resolved when we called the number on the outside of the house. One thing I would mention is that the beds are VERY firm, which we got used to over the weekend, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a few days on them. Overall an excellent stay, we are going to try and stay again next year. Thank you!
