Located in the North Building of Dunes Village family friendly Resort, centrally located, on the top floor is tastefully decorated in an engaging, fun, beachy style balanced with high end, upscale furnishings.

The condominium includes new sleek cabinets, granite countertops, all new flooring, new paint throughout, new outlets, LED backlit fireplace accent wall, delightful art, plenty of storage closets/spaces throughout, free WiFi, and so much more!

Practically everything in this condo is brand new! The owner spared no expense. Upon entering guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features a brand new king size bed frame, mattress, and headboard, new accent wall with board and batten design, new nightstands, new lamps, new dresser, and new large wall mounted TV! Just down the hall is the bathroom. This space features all new bathroom fixtures, a new fully tiled shower with glass shower doors, a new bathroom vanity and mirror!

Moving along through the unit guests will find the full kitchen. Guests will love the full direct ocean view from the kitchen with brand new full-size stainless steal appliances which includes refrigerator, oven, stove, wall mounted microwave, and dishwasher. All new kitchen cabinets were also installed with a stunning custom tile backsplash! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker and all basic cookware, utensils, cutlery, and glassware. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer not to cook, Dunes Village offers multiple dining options onsite. The Grand Strand is also home to thousands of dining options, and many of them are within a 5 minute drive of the resort. Many of our guests love using food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Both are available in the Myrtle Beach area.

Just past the kitchen is the main living space! Relax in the brand new accent chair and large couch that converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. A stunning, custom shiplap fireplace wall with LED fireplace was newly added which houses the brand new large wall mounted smart TV! This space turns the condo into a tranquil vacation getaway with the LED backlighting! This space also features all new wall art, newly installed ceiling fan, new end tables, new coffee table, new lamps, and a wall mounted murphy bed allowing a total of 6 guests to sleep comfortably in this condo! The panoramic, oceanfront view is such an important aspect of the property. A sliding glass door allows you access to the patio which features chairs and small table to sit out and relax while soaking in the stunning oceanfront views!

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, bedding, and linens are provided. Specifically, 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths will be provided for our guests. We also provide starter amenities in each bathroom such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.

Dunes Village Resort and its amenities are second to none! As our guest, you will have access to over 30,000 square feet of indoor waterparks. These water parks are located within the Dunes Village Resort and feature various water slides, dump buckets, sprinklers, Kid Zone, and so much more. In addition to the water parks, guests will also have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pool options and lazy rivers. Our guests will also be able to enjoy multiple food and beverage options at the resort! An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, fitness center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests! Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed. Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy. Dunes Village Resort does not allow pets. Pets are not permitted at the resort, or inside unit #1405. Limit 6 guests.

Dunes Village Resort is located approximately 10 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famous Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats! Being just north of the heart of Myrtle Beach, this location is much quieter overall than downtown Myrtle Beach, but it isn't as far north as other places, making this one of the best locations!
