The hosts are amazing and so responsive! The house is in a great little neighborhood with the added benefit of a community pool. My family and I stayed here for three months after we moved to San Antonio and Natalie and Larry made us feel so welcome, both to their home and the SA area! Definitely a great spot for families and pet owners - close enough to the city to be able to get there quickly, but far enough away from downtown that it has a country feel to it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was our second stay at this home. We highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in San Antonio, TX. Not only was everything spotless, the host thought of everything we would need. Bowls and beds for the dogs, a great backyard for them to play and nice outdoor seating for us. When they said "pet-friendly" they meant it. The kitchen had all you needed to cook a meal with all the utensils, pots & pans, spices, etc. That island was huge and great to sit and discuss our day. The neighborhood was also awesome. We took our dogs to a nearby park, let them runaround in the dog park. It included nearby places to eat, grocery stores, speciality coffee shops. Everything you could think of was nearby. Great location.We highly recommend this location and thank the great hosts.

Amazing VRBO! Extremely well equipped for our long-term stay. The location is very convenient, the place is spotless, and the hosts are easy to contact with quick responses (for example, we asked if there was a small stool, the host brought a new one to the house that same day). Very pet friendly house with dog beds and bowls, and both a neighborhood dog park within walking distance and a larger one about a 10 minute drive away. We definitely recommend staying here!

This home is a perfect 10 out of 10. It is beautiful inside and out, in a wonderful neighborhood, and had every amenity that we could possibly wish for. The hosts thought of everything. We have done many VRBO‘s and this one is right at the top of the list. This is how a VRBO should be.

Wonderful Home

This house was cute and clean. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and a cute back yard. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will book here again if we are in San Antonio.

This is a great stay, especially if you have a family. The neighborhood is precious and has great walking trails and parks around. The house was very inviting and cozy. If we are in San Antonio area again, we will definitely be back.

The Midway Retreat is an excellent property. The neighborhood is very good. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. My wife thought the kitchen was a dream. She loved the layout and counter space. The house has plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. Easy access to highway and getting downtown. We will definitely stay there again the next time that we visit San Antonio.

Family Stay for Graduation

I rented this property for family coming in from out of town for my son’s high school graduation. The property was clean, organized and had everything they needed. My parents couldn’t stop raving about the place! Lots of space and no weird smells. Looked so good I thought about staying there myself!

Easter Weekend

This house was perfect for our Easter weekend with our daughter who attends UTSA. Super clean and we felt like we were in our home. The host were very thoughtful in setting the home up! Everything you need is there. We definitely enjoyed it!
