Step onto the deck, where you can enjoy the wildlife, views of the Conimicut Lighthouse, Jamestown and Newport Bridges. Water access is just steps away from our front door, making swimming and sunbathing very accessible and the Providence Bike path is just a half-mile from the cottage. Being less than 15 minutes from Providence and surrounded by water and natural beauty, this cottage offers the best of both worlds. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a home base for your Rhode Island adventures, our cottage is the perfect choice!

We had a great time at the cottage. It was a good central location to Boston & Newport. We enjoyed being close to the water & being outside in the mornings. The house was a bit hot upstairs, but with the AC & fans, we were able to sleep comfortably. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It is beautifully located near a cove, and the beach is very close by. The house has everything you need, and there is a lot to do in Rhode Island. Definitely worth a visit!

The house is comfortable with everything you might need. The view is the best part with hourly changes due to the tides. Although it's not, the house feels secluded. Don't miss the garden in the back with its peaceful seating and lovely view!

You should stay here!

This is a clean, bright, lovely cottage with sweeping views of a beautiful cove. This cottage has everything you need to enjoy some time away. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable couches and recliners. Has a great kitchen including a dishwasher. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are cozy and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

We’re two houses down from water access and a short walk to parks, marinas and the Providence-Bristol Bike Path. Providence Water Fire, Sunday evening Latham Park music (walking distance from cottage), Jacob’s Marsh Nature Preserve, Colt State Park, Blithewold Mansion, Newport Vineyards and the Providence River Pedestrian Bridge are all nearby attractions. We are also in close proximity to many colleges and hospitals.
There are several breweries and dozens of amazing restaurants within a15-minute drive from our front door.

During your stay you'll have breathtaking views of the cove and bay from almost every room and area of the yard. Swimming, strolling around the peninsula, bike riding the trails and neighborhoods, and watching boats come and go from the local marinas let you immerse yourself into a slice of paradise.
