INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

The area of Panama City is great. The beach was not crowded at all which was great. About 1/3 of the main pool was blocked off due to construction. We had several rude encounters with security. The Hangout, the grill had extremely high food prices and hot draft beer at 8/12 oz cup. Overall the room was nice, the resort is not crowded, so it was a pleasant stay.

Unwind…

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. It was a rough start with the check in details but the property management was quick to respond and get us checked in. They followed up to make sure we made it to the room. The room is a little dated but overall it was nice. The pool area was nice and enjoyable.

Clean but needed TLC

Condo was clean, floors and counter tops were great! Ceilings (especially in bathroom) in need of repair. Walls had paint peeling in several places. I am sure it was a very nice place at one time but lots of things seemed neglected and needed to be taken care of.

Half of the pool was blocked off due to construction in the tower beside it. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Shower didn't drain well and the sliding glass door is very difficult to open. We literally stood in water taking a shower. Condo is a little dated and could use some upgrades, but overall we enjoyed our stay and check in was a breeze. Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
