Guest Access:

The entire home, backyard and pool are for your enjoyment. There is one locked closet and a few locked cabinets used for housekeeping.

Welcome to the thousand oaks neighborhood. From here, you'll enjoy quick access to 281 & 1604 for easy commuting in and around San Antonio. You're only 5 minutes to McAllister Park where you'll find jogging & biking trails, picnic spots, playscapes & athletic fields, 10 minutes to San Antonio International Airport which is ideal for hosting out of town family and friends, and 20 minutes to downtown San Antonio's River Walk, the Alamo, restaurants, bars, museum and concerts.



Other Things to Note:

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed. $50 per dog. Dogs must be house-trained, attended at all times and leashed when outside. Please keep pets off furniture and beds.



No large events allowed.



Please bring your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.

Family San Antonio Trip

Our family (kids and grandkids) took a trip to San Antonio and stayed at this beautiful home. We had ten people total and this house was perfect for us. The pool was a big hit with everyone! The house was in the perfect location and surprisingly there were deer roaming by it!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Family vacation

Accommodations were perfect for a large family vacation. Our group aged in range from 6-69 and there was enough space for all. There was a small issue in the beginning but the owner promptly made it right and the rest of our stay was amazing!

Clean and plenty of room

Came in town for a swim meet. House has plenty of space (three bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs) and all the amenities needed. The garage is nice, with ping pong and other games. Will add this to my list of places to stay next time we are in SA. Good communication with the owner.

Great Location, very spacious and well equipped house. Property own was great to work with.

We had a family of 16 stay at this wonderful house in town for a funeral. It has everything you need! Very clean spacious and wonderfully located house. My kids enjoyed the yard space and the game room. We were able to cook big breakfast in the well equipped kitchen and had plenty seats with the 2 dinning areas. The property own was great to responded promptly anytime we had questions. We will be staying here again if we are able to return to San Antonio.

Wonderful House!!!

We drove from South Carolina to San Antonio, Texas to visit our new granddaughter. My other son and his family from Houston stayed with us for the week. This home was perfect for all twelve of us. It was very spacious and very clean, just as advertised. The beds were super comfy! My children and grandchildren loved the pool and play room. There were a few maintenance issues when we first got there, but those were resolved very quickly. Gowa and Matt were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home for families. We absolutely loved it!!! We will forever treasure the special memories made there. :-)

Great Communication

The week before our trip, I went to look at the rentals page, and it was suddenly missing here on VRBO. I was concerned that we would show up and not be able to get in, that we had been scamed...VRBO reached out to the host on our behalf, since we couldn't contact them with their page having been taken down...They responded VERY quickly, and VRBO was able to fix the issue that had taken their page down. The host was great about easing our fears, and made sure to communicate with us to make us comfortable as our trip neared. The property was great, and I am so thankful for the property owner reaching out the way they did to make sure things were good!
