Welcome to 5 Long Boat! This spacious four bedroom, four bathroom (plus two half bathrooms) home is located second row ocean in Palmetto Dunes and can sleep a group of twelve guests. With the beach path being just next to the home, you will have your toes in the sand in a short one-minute walk.

This home features a nice outdoor area with a gas grill and multiple seating options. The pool is able to be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional cost and will work no matter the outdoor temperature outside. The spa is able to be heated as long as the outdoor temperatures don't fall below 55 degrees. The spa heat is FREE year round, weather dependent.

• Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean - beach path just next to the home. Walk to the beach in one minute.

• Pool/Spa Info: The pool is approximately 27' by 14.5' and depth of 3-6'. The pool is able to be heated for an additional cost for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. The pool is not able to be heated during the summer months. If interested in adding pool heat, please reach out to us at least 2 weeks in advance to confirm + pay fee. The spa is able to be heated as long as the outdoor temperatures don't fall below 55 degrees. The spa heat is FREE year round, weather dependent.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed out stay and the location was perfect. The home needs some general maintenance to be completed to be considered top notch. Holes in screens, mold in bathrooms, dim lighting, broken fans, lightbulbs need replaced, broken light switches, broken igniter on grill, jets not working in pool, broken spa pump, louvers on blinds broken and general dusting.

Our beach trip to 5 Long Boat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 10 including 4 grandchildren ages 14 months to 12 years. The layout, open floor plan, and private areas with bedrooms worked wonderfully. The pool was just right and the brief walk to the beach exactly what we wanted. Overall this was a great house and location for us.The house is getting a bit worn and could use some updating and refurbishment. A thorough cleaning inside and out would add a lot to the ambiance.In all, we very much liked the house and would gladly rent it again.

Great location—

The property is in a fabulous location and was a perfect fit for our family! The bedrooms are perfectly suited as each has their own bathroom. The kitchen is on the top floor which does make for A Lot of steps!! The layout isn’t good for older people Property is a bit dated .. yet very comfortable In addition..we had to purchase everything that was needed to actually cook or live there for a week including dish detergent/ something to actually wash dishes with/ dishwasher pods/ trash bags/ salt - pepper , etc. very different than other homes we have stayed in.Management company was wonderful and was always available to talk! Had pool lights fixed when we called… deck lights never worked.

Tons of room and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! There was tons of room and lots of storage. We loved the location the most -- it was literally steps to the never crowded beach. The house could use a little maintenance attention, particularly the exterior. The sliding doors were very worn and difficult to use sometimes, the furnishings outside were a bit shabby and often did not seem to coordinate. There is not enough lounge furniture for the outdoor spaces given the size of the house. The kitchen was a bit lacking. There was no chef's knife really, and we couldn't find any plastic plates -- we would have loved to use that by the pool. The kitchen supplies felt a bit bare. The pool was lovely. Do keep in mind that the primary bedroom is on the top floor along with the kitchen, so you'll be taking a lot of stairs if you're heading up for a snack from the pool. The management team was great responding to small concerns. We had an issue with the pool chemistry and with the air conditioning -- normal house stuff, nothing wild -- and in both instances they had people out to address and successfully fix the issues in just a few hours. Very grateful for that! Thanks for having us!
