This elevated 5 Bedroom oceanfront home located in North Forest Beach features gorgeous ocean views from most rooms and decks. The first floor of the house has a spacious comfortable living area with access to a large deck area which leads to a private pool. The first floor also has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The second floor features the the living room, dining room and a spacious well equipped kitchen, all with incredible views of the beach. There is plenty of seating around the bar in the kitchen as well as a spacious table. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and a large jacuzzi tub and a separate step in shower. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Up 6 steps from this level is a bedroom with 2 twins and a queen bed on with a half wall of glass that takes advantage of the ambient light from the skylight in the living room.

The house has been recently renovated and decorated. All the amenities you want are provided. Flat sceen LCD TVs and DVD's are in all bedrooms adn throughout the house. DSL service for laptops, cable, BBQ grill etc are provided. You can relax in luxury on your own deck and cool off in your own pool. In addition, the uncrowded beaches can not be beat. You can also bike or stroll on safe shaded paths to Coligny Plaza, the center of activity on the island. There you will find over 60 shops, restaurants and activities.

This house is arranged perfectly for a large family or multiple families wanting to vacation together. The home is equipped with little extras to make your vacation extra special. A Private Paradise

This was the first time renting on VRBO so I was a little skeptical and didn't really know what to expect. Boy, was I in for a surprise! This home is beautiful and fitted our number of guests perfectly! We had three families with 6 adults and 7 children, and it was like the house was made for us! There were bedrooms for all the couples, another room with twin beds for the girls in the group, and a loft that comfortably slept 4 boys (one full and 2 twin beds).

The pool was also the perfect size and temperature (we requested the heat be turned on). The pool was used both day and night! The view from the home was breath taking! We were able to watch dolphins in the surf EVERY DAY right from the deck of the home! It was also walking/biking distance from Coligny Square, where there is a Piggly Wiggly, many other touristy stores and a public beach.

Not only was the home beautiful, but Marc (the owner) provided everything we could have wanted; toiletries, cooking spices, espresso machine, wine frig, pool speakers, bikes, beach chairs, fire pit, beach umbrella, outdoor shower, outdoor frig. Marc came to visit us twice and was seriously one of the nicest people we have ever met. He made sure the home was OUR HOME for the week. You cannot go wrong with this rental!

Wonderful family vacation home in a great location!

Dune Ln. is the perfect home for friends/family to stay if you're looking for less crowded area for the beach, and even better a pool to relax in on those windy days! House fit all 11 of us comfortably, and because of the tri-level we didn't bother each other with noise in the morning time. Everything was provided (minus the food) which was nice not to have to buy things like laundry detergent, dish soap, pantry items, beach and bath towels, etc. Marc, the owner, was accommodating and even stopped by to check on us and say hello. He was able to respond quickly to a few questions/concerns we had and took care of it ASAP. The house is an older house so a few things could use updating, such as some of the windows not shutting all the way, a few outlets not working, ice maker not working. Those were the only issues we had, but didn't affect our experience. The house is a 2 minute drive to Colignany Plaza and a 10 minute drive to Harbour Town, and close to many restaurants and putt putt. Overall, we give this rental 5 stars as it was exactly what we needed for our family to make some great memories!

The under the counter ice maker was the 3rd one i installed in 3 years. I decided to replace it with a trash can cabinet since we had an ice maker in the kitchen and a 2nd “beer fridge” with a freezer in the carport. The problem with the windows is that guests try to crank them open without unlocking them and the gears get stripped. I have ordered a dozen new cranks and hope to have them installed this week. Thanks for the heads up. I hope to see you back at Dune Lane next year. Best regards, Marc

Fabulous rental!

This is THE place to stay! We are seniors and for the last three years have rented this place for us, our daughters' family of six, and another daughter and her husband...and even our little Yorkie! The most well-stocked place you'll find. We had to evacuate this year after three days 😢 because of the hurricane, and before we even arrived back home in Ohio, Marc (the owner) called for our address so he could refund our money! Super nice

guy and so helpful. Gorgeous house and beach. You won't be sorry!!

Amazing view!

We have been vacationing in HHI ever since I was a little kid and this is by far one of the best beach/ocean views out there! You can't beat the location (ocean front and a short walk to Coligny). Marc is great to work with and even stopped by to make sure everything was up to par! He also made an additional stop by to grab a few coloring books that the last guest left behind...he wanted to make sure to get them back to them. The house is stocked with just about everything you need (my dad specifically enjoyed the daily paper and espresso :)). This was one of the most relaxing vacations EVER. We will definitely rent from Marc again!

Vacation Heaven

We have been coming to 91 Dune Lane even before Marc owned the property and have stayed at a variety of properties on North Forest Beach. This property is by far the most comfortable and most accessible to the beach. Marc and his staff have made staying in this property so easy and so enjoyable. They make you feel like you are a part of their family and attend to your every need. The view and the house are spectacular and it is such a relaxing vacation. My 4 children have grown up thinking this was the best part of their summer vacation and now as adults they are coming with their spouses and friends. Everything you would need from toilet paper, saran wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap is provided. Every imaginable cooking appliance is available if you want to spend your vacation cooking. The bikes, the beach chairs, the beach towels, the beach tarp are all there. You really only need to pack a swimsuit and one outfit if you go out. It is the most relaxing vacation and we all look forward to it every year. We are so grateful to have found this property and Marc and his staff. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home for a week each year.

Unbeatable

I've been coming to hilton head for over 20 years and have stayed in every type of rental, condo, house and hotel available. This was my favorite. Clearly the location is unbeatable - you can walk to Coligny Plaza for shops, dinner and general people-watching. Marc is a pleasure to work with and very friendly to boot (he even stopped in one day to see if we needed anything). The best part about this place is that everything is there for you, all you need to bring are clothes and grab some groceries. Is it so much to ask that someone renting out a home would make a run to Sam's Club and provide toilet paper, plastic wrap, tin foil, some spices, etc... No, but so few do this. The place even has an espresso maker and fresh coffee beans. Really setting the bar high. In addition, there are more beach chairs and bikes to borrow than you could possibly need. All that is left is to watch the waves and enjoy your vacation. Highly recommended.
