About this property
2 master suites plus kitchenette in upper level of our townhome
2 large lock off master suites each with full en-suite baths in upper level of our townhome. One suite has a king bed and the other has a queen and 2 twins. Both suites have cable TV’s & decks with view. Between the suites is a large loft open to the lower level that has a daybed and pull-out trundle. The loft also has a kitchenette with mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, &. mini-crockpot. Coffee, tea, creamer, sweeteners, bottled water, paper plates, cups, & plasticware provided. A small dining table with 2 chairs and a bench as well as a computer desk and printer are also in the loft. A community outdoor pool (not heated) & hot tub are also available. There is no private entrance. You enter and exit via our common front door and go up the interior staircase to the upper level suites. No pets/no smoking except on outside decks. All utilities and wifi included in rent. Free parking on street outside complex gate. Near shopping & restaurants yet close to pristine desert recreation.

Why they chose this property
Quiet small townhome complex next to golf course country club. Easy access to all of the Phoenix area yet close to pristine desert and lakes. Many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores.
What makes this property unique
Both upper level suites have full en-suite baths giving 2 couples or families with children privacy. In addition both suites have decks with views. The kitchenette between the suites gives guests the ability to make morning coffee and a light breakfast to enjoy indoors or out on the decks.
