A cozy two-level lake front house in a quiet cove at the 64MM. This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a low key environment that offers good fishing and not much lake traffic. You can enjoy the main channel for water sports and fishing or relax while floating, kayaking, or swimming in the quiet cove. Imagine a family or couple's getaway without the traffic of the larger part of the lake. If the water is at full pool, (around Memorial Day), you can access the cove/dock by boat. If not, the Wigwam boat ramp is accessible year round and is only 1 mile away.
- Location: The property is situated a mile off Ivy Bend Rd. on Webb Loop, which is a gravel road.
- Entertainment: The property offers games, a flat-screen TV with streaming services.
- Amenities: Fiber WiFi, a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an outdoor grill/smoker for guests to use.
- Pet and Smoking Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
- Guest Limit and Parties: The property allows a maximum of 8 guests at any given time.
- Boat Dock: There is a single well boat dock in front of the cabin with electricity. Diving is not allowed. There are plugs for charging batteries.
