The host was exceptional and welcoming. The property is older but the view and location is bar none outstanding and more than balances a place with more updated amenities. I would most definitely visit again as this location provides fantastic access across the island to top restaurants and shops. I am a regular visitor over many years to AMI and this property is amongst the top for customer experience and location. Genuinely highly recommend.

The location was great. Huge space with plenty of room for everyone. Was a little dated but still beautiful! Microwave wasn’t working. Place just needs a little TLC but would still recommend it. View was worth it 100%

Everything was great other than the washing machine downstairs was not functioning and the dryer upstairs was missing the vent cover. It was clean and the perfect spot for the beach and walking distance to shopping and eateries.

Property was much bigger than anticipated which was great. Beachfront on quiet area of Bradenton Beach. Comfortable beds and well appointed. Issues: Range, microwave in one unit did not work at all. Ceiling fan over one bed also didn’t work. Messaged Andrew(property manager) 4 times to let him know but never got a response. Had to trek upstairs everytime to use other kitchen. Bedroom was hot due to fan not not working. Upstairs bathroom was dirty with things growing on the pipes. Front door on bottom unit would not lock so had to use other exit, upstairs. So much possibilities with this place but would not go back since Andrew was non-responsive the entire trip.

Beautiful roomy condo with incredible views. Very clean , great location, easy access. Owner is wonderful. We will rent again. The only suggestions would be to have some wine glasses in the unit. And the pull out couches need a thicker / new mattress or a foam topper to be more comfortable.

This property is in an excellent-top notch location. It was clean & spacious. The host -Andrew was responsive to my communications. Decent beach chairs were provided. And the parking was great. It was an amazing place & I definitely hope to rent here again. The 2 negatives I have are 1. The couch fold out beds were not comfortable at all- def not for sleeping. 2. There needs to more explicit instructions on opening & closing the door using the key lock.

Host was very responsive. Condo was just as described. It was well stocked and very clean. The beach views were beyond beautiful. Loved the rooftop viewing area. The location was so convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping. It was great having beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice view and beautiful home

Very nice location to stay. Only issue we had was parking was very tight so prepare for that if you have a large suv or truck.

The view is absolutely incredible. The location on the island is great as well, near good restaurants and bars. House was clean, kitchen well stocked with equipment you might need including blender. Was doing some virtual work while here and internet was very strong.
