Sea un privilegiado parisino en este apartamento de alto standing de 70m2 de rara calidad.

De hecho, este apartamento es excepcional:
• Una vista maravillosa de París desde el quinto piso
• Una ubicación planifiquen central en Montmartre pueblo frente avenida Junot, a 2 min de Sacre-Coeur y Subway
• Un ascensor, tan raro en París.
Además, la decoración de la vivienda es de buen gusto y ricos. El mobiliario es de rara calidad.

Uno entra en el apartamento en una gran entrada. Frente son 2 habitaciones diferentes: la sala de estar y el comedor con cocina abierta. A la izquierda un pequeño pasillo que conduce a los dormitorios, aseos y cuarto de baño.

Sala de estar es increíble. La vista es impresionante: 4 ventanas de altura completa dominan París.
Es bien amueblado con sillones art deco y mesas, y un nuevo sofá convertible marca de 2 plazas. Un escritorio se puede utilizar si es necesario. Una chimenea con un gran espejo contribuye al encanto.

El comedor está al lado de la sala de estar. Es muy grande. Incluye una moderna cocina americana totalmente equipada. La mesa de comedor es ovalados y grandes (tiene capacidad para 8), hechas de un material de resina única. Una obra de arte bar "art deco" separa la mesa de la cocina. De nuevo a la altura completa ventanas dobles con vistas a París y la plaza Marcel Aymé donde se encuentra la famosa estatua "Passe Muraille" de Jean Cocteau (ver foto).

El dormitorio tiene una gran ventana doble con vistas a París, así como una chimenea. Un gran armario está disponible para el paño. La gran pantalla de TV plana se encuentra en el dormitorio.

Al final del pasillo se encuentra el cuarto de baño con bañera con ducha. 2 ventanas más pequeñas dan una luz brillante. Los baños son independientes (pero en el apartamento).

Esta ubicación es un punto de partida ideal para visitar París. Se queda 15 minutos en metro a lugares más interesantes de París y es una zona muy encantador y tranquilo para ser apreciado después de hacer compras todo el día y caminar a través de los museos.

GRANDIOSO

Tuvimos un maravilloso espacio para compartir despues de largas caminatas, en general todo fue excelente, solo un poco dificil el como acceder a las llaves porque no es una oficina como uno espera (es un espacio donde se colectan las llaves en un area comun), creo que deberian ser un poco mas claros en esta parte, para no generar panico, pero despues que uno logra desenrredar el puzzle para acceder a las llaves es una maravilla. Fabuloso apartamento. Gracias

We love this apartment. The view is amazing! We just completed our second stay here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Paris. We had thisiansnt to speak with. We felt like real Parisians. Checking in is a little tricky, but if you follow the instructions, you won't have any problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Jean Noel’s apartment in Montmartre. The location was perfect—great for walking, close to the subway, and tucked into a safe, peaceful neighborhood that was quiet at night.The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, filled with global textiles, antiques, wonderful books, and art prints and posters that give it so much charm and character. It felt both stylish and welcoming.Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy with the self-service process, and Jean Noel was always quick to respond whenever we had questions.The highlight of our stay was the stunning surprise view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom balcony—absolutely magical.We’ll certainly stay here again next time we’re in Paris. Highly recommend!

Montmartre With Spectacular Views

We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return again. Restaurants are close by and are excellent in service and delicious dishes. Views from living room windows were breathtaking especially during sunsets. Street noise is loud. Would not recommend this area for light sleepers. Pillows in bedroom could use updating or a good wash.

Wonderful Stay

The view of this apartment is just amazing! We did not go to sleep until we all looked at the Eiffel Tower sparkling at midnight out of the bedroom window. This was a great space with separate areas so we could all spread out after our day. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood. On the last night of our 5 day stay, we all agreed we wish we were staying longer! For check in, it is important to confirm if the passcode has been updated according the directions to get into the building where the keys are. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and found the pass code was not up to date with the directions given.

Montmartre Stay

The location of the apartment was wonderful BUT it needed a lot of work-cutlery was dirty and broken, fridge door was broken, the shower was broken and my husband fixed it himself. The bath would not drain properly. There were no plates just saucers! There had been a leak in the kitchen and the ceiling was water stained. Trying to get the key was a challenge after a long travel day. The apartment was choc full of personal items so no room to unpack properly. Overall not what we expected. Apart from the location I give it a failing grade.

Paris delivered

We loved our stay. Although, this home was exactly that-a home. It certainly is not for someone who hates clutter. Most surfaces are taken by personal items which I just moved during our stay. The neighbourhood was perfect and we loved our walks to and from our outings. We loved the views. The kitchen was satisfactory and there was enough space to recharge in the living room. The check in process was the most complex I have ever used-and I’ve used a lot. It felt like we were on the Amazing Race! The flat isn’t very far after you’ve located the key but it was annoying after a long day of travel and returning it on check out day. We loved the lift. What a treat after being out all day. I would definitely suggest this home to a friend but with the warning of the excess stuff around the space. Thank you-we had a perfect Paris experience.

So much to love about this apartment but...

This apartment is in an ideal location, surrounded by culural history. The building is wonderfully old, including creaky floors and the tiny elevator that never failed us. The apartment itself has breathtaking views and it was great to open up the French doors and take it all in. The apartment is filled with treasures from the owner's travels. However, all those treasures also collect dust and this apartment was in need of a deep clean when we arrived. The kitchen was uninspiring. There was a cutting board with leftover food on it. The utensils were old. The living room chairs had large water stains on them and one was ripped on the side. The black area rug had not been vaccumed prior to our arrival. I am afraid this apartment has gone from cool and eclectic to rundown. With a little TLC it will again be a great choice for a stay in Montmarte.

Home away from home

The location is perfect and the views are great. It’s about equal distance from Abesses and Lamark stations, both of which have an elevator. It’s not right on the square, but close enough for an easy walk. The flat is not perfect, the building is older, but absolutely charming. The sofa bed is different than the US, lift up from the back cushions and it will open. The flat is a great space in an awesome neighborhood. We really loved our stay!

Magic in Paris

This apartment was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, Sacre Coeur - and the Metro just down the hill. The views are the best in Paris with the Eiffel Tower just outside the Master Bedroom. A magical visit where I asked my girlfriend to Marry Me - she said "Oui" - Romance in Paris - can not get better than this!

Beautiful Apartment in Beautiful Montmartre

This was our second stay at the Celine apartment. It lived up to the high expectations we had from the first visit. We originally booked this visit a couple of years ago, but Jean Noel was kind enough to let us roll our deposit over twice (!), until COVID simmered down. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, with wonderful light and amazing views. The kitchen/dining area is huge and well stocked. The whole place is furnished in bright, funky colors, with books, art, and artifacts from all over the world. Apparently the owners are world travelers. There is a great music collection which is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day with a glass (or many glasses) of wine. It doesn't feel like a short term rental--it feels like someone's home, which it is. Location is perfect for everything in Montmartre. Check-in should be easier, but that's about the only negative. We love the place. If I live long enough, we'll be back! Again.

The apartment was a perfect location, with views and within a short walking distance of Sacre Coeur, cafes, and the wonderful restaurants, Le Moulin de las Galette and Las Maison Rose. The apartment was quiet; the only issue was that some street noise was annoying a couple of nights.

Fantastic views, great location

Nice neighborhood, quiet, easy access to metro. Working lift was a plus. Clean linens. Well equipped kitchen. Lamarck metro is the way to go, especially using the secret elevator there (veer sharp left after passing through ticket stalls). Thanks to previous reviewer for that tip. Lifesaver if your feet are tired. Previous reviews accurate about difficulty working appliances; Engineer husband couldn’t figure out how to get the microwave to work. Nurse that programs IV pumps: I got it to work. Ignore directions by door, they’re wrong. Press lower right corner button, it will work. The oven almost lit our frozen pizza on fire. Lesson learned: don’t come to Paris and eat frozen pizza (we were tired that night). Stuck to stovetop after that. Tried the oven a second time towards the end and potatoes au gratin came out good, ie, not charcoal. And yes we knew the oven settings are in C and not F. I think my only complaint would be the toilet-it’s literally a WC, as in water closet. It’s a closet with a toilet. Notice there’s no pics in listing; there’s a reason for that. No vent, strange oil based orange paint and old posters. Husband reminded me that in old Parisian buildings, some flats don’t have a toilet so he was happy. It was fine for just the two of us but might get crowded with 4. If it was mine I’d replace the toilet and paint the walls white. Bonus that it’s separate from the shower. The coffee maker was small and had seen better days, but it worked. (White isn’t a great color for coffee makers-try black or stainless steel? 8-12 cup size preferred, not 4). The glasses could use a deep clean—I washed everything a second time bc the dishwasher doesn’t work that great. Maybe use better dishwasher soap and not the funky tablets provided. The decor was eclectic-we get it, owners travel a lot. A little crowded for my taste; I needed to move things to find surface space to put our stuff down, and to cook. My husband LOVED it (picky Scandinavian-I was shocked he was happy!) and said it was a typical perfect Parisian apartment. A true gem and the views were spectacular. Lots of windows, can see Eiffel Tower from bedroom. We would stay here again. The directions to get the keys are a bit like the Amazing Race esp. after a long flight and battling cobblestones w/rolling luggage but if you tag team with someone that knows how to follow elaborate instructions (I put husband up to the challenge, he said it was easy) then you will be ok.

A bit disappointing

Overall I am giving this rental a 3 but honestly was a bit disappointed. The flat was an older building with lots of great architecture but the floors were terribly creaky and loud. The flat itself was surface clean but was in desperate need of deep cleaning. The furniture especially the chairs were very dirty and stained. We did have clean linen for bed but also told managers we would be using pullout bed which we had to search for clean linens for and only found a dirty sheet and a sleeping bag for a blanket. Views from the flat were nice but view of Eiffel Tower could only be seen from bedroom balcony. It did have a working lift which was a big plus! The managers did respond quickly to our questions and the neighborhood was very nice.

Authentic stay in Montmarte

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience of living in Montmarte. After a scheduling glitch upon arrival, which was smoothed out quickly, we had a wonderful stay in this artistic and soulful apartment brimming with travel books and art from around the world. And the views of Paris were breathtaking!

We selected this property because of its great location close to Sacre-Coeur Basilica, Place du tertre, Abbesses, shops, restaurants, the apartment quality and beautiful panoramic view of Paris.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.

We answer to each request and send a detailed quote & contract on each request. We believe the instant quote given on the site is not precise enough for a guest to book an apt.

We react fast, be it by mail (often in the hour, max 24h, we have evening shift), Immediatly by phone. Note we do not take booking on the phone nor discuss prices or availability, risk of mistake is too high. E-mail is much more secure & precise. We nevertheless are happy to answer specific questions.

During your stay, we are always available. We can advise you on how to use the apt. We run a night emergency line, for real emergencies :-). When problem arise, we do our best to solve them, quickly.

We want our guest to have the best memories of their stay. We have a high rate of returning guests : it seems they do.
