After a day of sun, fishing, shopping, dining, or exploring the Crystal Coast, unwind in this well appointed two bedroom, two bath condo featuring a spacious primary suite with a king bed. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and take in both ocean and sound views from the top floor private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach.

-THE PROPERTY-

CONDO FEATURES: Unit #356 is a nicely furnished, well kept, non-smoking condo on the third floor. Primary Bedroom - king bed; 2nd Bedroom - queen bed; 2 full baths; Living room; Fully stocked Kitchen; balcony. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Sofa can be used to sleep 1 additional guest. Sofa does not fold out. A twin air mattress is also available.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, wraparound counter w/ bar seating, kitchen table with stools, drip coffee maker, blender, cookware, serving dishes, plates, bowls, glassware, coffee mugs and silverware

GENERAL: Keyless Entry, Free WiFi, central heat & A/C, toiletries, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, linens, bath towels, smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in all rooms. Beach towel are not provided.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Community pool, charcoal grills, picnic area, laundry room, direct access to the beach.

PARKING: Community parking (2 vehicles, parking pass provided; Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.

-We require a photo of a government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation. This is a standard step we take for the safety of all guests and to ensure a smooth check-in process.

-NO SMOKING

-NO PETS ALLOWED for renters or guests

-No events, parties or large gatherings

-Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

IMPORTANT: This is a 3rd floor condo and stairs are required (NO ELEVATORS) to access which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. This property features 1 camera on the front door facing outward.

Do not forget to empty dishwasher, put dishes away, remove all food, strip beds, leave sheets/pillowcases on floor, used towels on hall bath floor, trash in dumpster, return pool key & bands.

Beautiful condo with nice view. Perfect location to family that live in the Atlantic Beach area. We definitely had our exercise though with stairs only no elevator within the condo building not ADA compliant. And over quarter mile to beach/water for being building on beach. No complaints but giving honest review for full transparency. Loved the time there and the beach/water.

Great Labor Day Getaway

The condo and the views were beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We also enjoyed the grilling area that is conveniently located next to the building. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to stay here again!

Great place and location!

My family so enjoyed our stay! We have three kids ranging from 3-13 and they all enjoyed themselves. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is quaint and quiet, but conveniently located to needs such as a grocery store. The pool was a nice addition to our stay. Mary was very responsive and kind. We can't wait to go back! back!

Terrific Sea Spray Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic Atlantic Beach condo. Plenty of space, with a very nice living area and huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, flatware and other essentials. Communication from hosts was proactive and helpful at all times. We loved the balcony with views of both the ocean and the sound, and the Sea Spray grounds are terrific. Super convenient beach access and great pool for winding down after a long day at the beach. The middle of the complex features a huge yard, deck, and multiple grills which is a very nice amenity. If you have a group of 4-5, and are looking for a place from which to explore Atlantic Beach / Fort Macon/ the Crystal Coast, this place is hard to beat! 6 mins from Food Lion, right next to Fort Macon state park, and with direct access to an absolutely magnificent stretch of beach. We will be back! PS - Do be sure to make your parking pass visible! The hosts helpful send via email ahead of your stay, and the on-site security takes parking seriously. We almost learned the hard way when I left our pass in the glove compartment.

My husband and I are North Carolina natives and currently live in Cary. Atlantic Beach has been a destination for us since childhood. We love the many things you can do along the Crystal Coast from boating to Shackleford Island to something as simple as chilling on the beach.

Why they chose this property

As hosts, we hope those who choose to stay in Parrotise enjoy it as much as we do. When we cross the bridge from the mainland to AB, the stress melts away. We love relaxing on the island's largest beach, right in front of SeaSpray, hiking on the nature trail at nearby Fort Macon State Park, or boating to Cape Lookout. (Yep, we took all those photos!) After a day at the beach, you can enjoy a home cooked dinner in your home away from home or choose from a variety of delicious restaurants just minutes away...our favorite is Amos Mosquito's!

What makes this property unique

We have meticulously maintained and cared for our condo throughout the many years we have owned it. Being a top floor unit, we find it very comfortable and quiet. We take a lot of pride in our second home and hope you will love it too. Welcome to Parrotise!
