We had a great stay. I'd say to level your expectations for the pool; it is shallow and you'll have to skim leaves at least daily. Also, the walk to the beach isn't direct, but it is a short walk down to A1A and across.

We had a great stay. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. The kitchen supplies and bed linens were perfect for our stay. I would recommend staying here for any future vacationers.

House was clean, neighborhood was quiet, location was great. However pool was full of leaves, the lawn guy showed up Thursday morning and had total disregard for our car and blow grass and leaves on it. Some one came by on Thursday while we were out and took trash cans to the road. Other then those minor issues it was a great trip.

Thank you for your review. We are happy you had a great stay! The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday, and a leaf net is provided for touch-ups. We have a service that checks whether the guest has put out the trash cans at the curb; if not, they will do it. The lawn also has to be cut weekly, and the lawn person would have allowed you to move your car, especially since you heard he was there. This is a great home steps to a great quiet beach!

Great place

This was a perfect stay for a family. Plenty of room, we’ll equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the pool was a perfect size. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and pets. The location was so close to the beach - just steps away. And, we were a short drive to downtown. We could be there in just a few minutes. The property manager was so easy to work with and gave us a great recommendation for buying fresh local seafood. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely house for vacation.

A most convenient location, close to everything and a few miles from great restaurants. A clean, renovated house with a great backyard pool. Our family had a most enjoyable vacation here.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Coco's Beach Cottage. Very close to the beach and short drive to historic St. Augustine. Communications with the owner were very good!

Great stay.

Our family had a great stay over spring break. Location is great with short walk to beach. Pool was a hit with our grandkids. A few small improvements would make it even better - more silverwear, some new nonstick pans and a smart TV in the living room.

We loved it!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to Caps, Aunt Kate’s, and the Reef. Most importantly, this property was perfect for my dog. He was so comfortable here with the fenced in backyard, carpeted floors, and spacious living area. Would definitely book again.

Perfect location

The location is ideal; super short walk to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking/biking. Publix is very close, maybe a mile away. The Reef restaurant is also nearby and the food is excellent! Vilano Beach is the perfect distance from Saint Augustine. I highly recommend this stay!
