We love Versailles

Nice property, as it looks on the site. Angelica was very accommodating, helpful, friendly. Very nice neighborhood, numerous restaurants, coffee and breakfast places close. Everything you need to cook some meals at home, too. Easy access to transportation and the beach. 35 minute walk to the Malecon. We had a great time.

Nice straight forward rental as advertised and great value for the price. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighbourhood is really interesting and perhaps a bit off the radar now but not for long. One of the nearby restaurants had a PV Eats food tour stop by doing a tasting of all the great nearby eating options. Very safe and lots of street parking. No issues at all. We would stay again

A wonderful sense of calm

The apartment is gorgeous, decorated with so many thoughtful touches! Angelica is a wonderful host, very responsive. We had such a lovely time, and Versalles is a wonderful neighbourhood -- quiet, with fabulous bars and restaurants! We loved our stay, thank you, Angelica!

Perfect Stay!!

I must be transparent and say that I previously lived in Puerto Vallarta for three years so I know the culture and the way they do business and I speak Spanish fluently. I do not know Angelica and was not familiar with her property. I needed to make a quick trip back to Mexico for some dental work and I was very fortunate to find this property, which was in a perfect location for me. From the minute I contacted Angelica on VRBO she was extremely responsive and clear in her answers. This is honestly a rarity with many property owners and I truly appreciated her help since this was a last minute trip. Instructions for check in were clear and I had no problem accessing the unit. There was even a cute welcome sign with my name on the door, what a nice touch after a tiring day of travel. I felt secure and safe while I was there. The adorable apartment is upstairs. The photos online do reflect the charming decor. It is obvious that Angelica put a lot of thought and effort into the interior design and furniture. There is a large and very functional kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel large refrigerator and every small appliance one could possibly need. The cupboards were stocked with cutlery, pans, cooking utensils and even coffee! There is even a washing machine and clothesline on the patio. There are ceiling fans in the living room and a ceiling fan and air conditioner in the bedroom. While the bathroom is small, it is certainly functional. The bedroom has a large king sized bed and plenty of storage, hangers, baskets etc. There is a TV mounted on the bedroom wall. The area is quiet. While visitors might not be familiar with the location, it is very convenient and the apartment is half a block from the main bus line and there are many restaurants nearby. It's an easy and straight forward trip into Old Town (Zona Romantica). In fact, this apartment is actually closer than if you stay in the so called Hotel Zone. There is a large indoor mall and supermarket a few blocks away at Plaza Caracol. A really wonderful stay with a great host and I only wish I could have stayed there longer.
