About this space
Unwind in this beautiful and cozy home nestled in the Catskills. Equipped with a double sided wood fireplace/pellet stove, loaded kitchen, new mid-century furnishings, and outdoor views, this architectural cabin is the perfect place to escape.

Just a short drive to local shops and destinations, this house is also fully connected with high speed internet, Chromecast projector (no cable) , and an electric vehicle charging outlet. Also just built is a backyard fire pit with new Adirondack chairs.
The space
The house features high ceilings, large pane windows, mid-century modern furniture and wood paneling throughout. The house feels very private, but you're also a five minute drive from main street.

There is AC in the summertime for cooling, and there is a dehumidifier available for use.
Guest access
Adjacent land can be explored to the east up to large boulders. The property line to the west is to the stream.

Cooperstown Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting provided privacy but only minutes from the Main Street of Delhi. Kitchen was stocked with spices and all your needs to cook a meal. We enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again. Owners were responsive to questions and easy to work with during the rental process.

Loved this house! Beautiful, comfortable cabin in the woods just a five minute drive from groceries, gas, etc. We stayed here while visiting Oneonta for grandson's baseball. It was a 35 minute drive to All Star Village. Highly recommend.
