This is a beautiful location for views of marsh and waterway! I sat on the balcony all day. The property didn’t work well for our family. We like to play games in the evening and watch TV together. The only place to sit together was the dining table. Also some of the information sent by host and VRBO was not up to date. The Wi-Fi had been changed. We couldn’t contact anyone. We did finally find the new Wi-Fi information in the guest notebook but that caused some angst. The information talked about a trash chute which was nonexistent. If your friends or family like to be in separate locations this will work great. If you want family activities, this isn’t what you want.
