Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink while you sit back to read a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down.

Natural light warms the living and dining rooms, a great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on an armchair or the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Construction Notice: Saida III is scheduled for exterior concrete repairs and painting from September 17, 2026, through early March 2027. Work will progress around the building in sections, generally beginning on the parking-lot side, moving to the beachfront balconies from mid-November through mid-January, and finishing on the right end wall. During active work, guests may experience construction noise, dust, barricaded areas, and scaffolding or workers outside windows and balconies. Due to the size and scope of this project, we are unable to provide an exact schedule for specific area or balcony closures at this time. Dates are approximate and may change due to weather or project conditions.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
