¡Catalina tiene el condominio del carro!

Nuestro condominio de vacaciones está a pocos minutos de la ciudad, las tiendas y la playa. Es una espaciosa unidad de 900 pies cuadrados que cuenta con una gran cocina completa, balcón con barbacoa, cama queen size, sofá cama queen size, área de comedor y dos televisores. Podrá utilizar el jacuzzi con capacidad para 10 personas y la gran piscina. Nuestra unidad está ubicada sobre el área del jardín y los condominios están muy bien cuidados y mantenidos. Para mejorar aún más las cosas, podrá utilizar a tiempo completo nuestro carrito de golf con licencia de la calle, su automóvil en Avalon. Estamos ubicados al lado de Wrigley Road y adyacentes al campo de golf y al centro cívico.


Qué hay cerca: cerca de nuestra unidad está el campo de golf y un popular restaurante llamado Sand Trap. Este restaurante local es famoso por sus especiales de tacos de pescado, cerveza y desayuno. Puedes caminar hasta Wrigley Road para ver la mansión y toda la bahía. Wrigley Road está a menos de 100 pies de distancia de nuestro condominio y es una gran caminata con vistas espectaculares mientras observa el acantilado y contempla la bahía, el océano y la ciudad de Avalon.

En el condominio: Mientras esté en el condominio, puede darse un baño, relajarse en el jacuzzi, hacer una barbacoa en el balcón y ver televisión por cable en el dormitorio o en la sala de estar. Si lo desea, puede hacer una comida gourmet en la cocina que cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla y utensilios. Si le gusta cenar al aire libre, tiene suerte, ya que en el balcón hay una mesa y sillas al aire libre.

Qué hacer en la isla: Catalina ofrece golf, pesca, buceo, snorkel y la mayoría de los deportes acuáticos. Puedes subirte a los famosos botes con fondo de cristal, en un submarino o navegar en paracaídas sobre el océano. Hay paseos en bicicleta, senderismo, excursiones en tierra y en barcos. La isla también ofrece vida nocturna con muchos restaurantes, clubes nocturnos y bailes. El famoso casino ofrece recorridos por un museo y una cafetería en el agua. ¡Catalina tiene algo para todos!

Awsome 1BR a short walk from the ferry!

This place is perfect for a couple or small family. This was our first time staying at this place, but 2nd at this Condo Association. It is a nice place to stay and close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle, but far enough to get a nice quiet sleep.

the check in process was a little shaky, just because of some mutual miscommunications, but after that it was smooth sailing. love the pool and hot tub access.

The host was amazing & welcoming. The condo was clean and bright and we enjoyed staying there. We did have an issue with the hot tub. We found out after we arrived that it’s only turned on during the weekend which was a big disappointment. Our host did compensate us for the error. It was a great location, easy to get around and having the golf cart was a real bonus.

The property manager did a great job showing us where everything was and the golf cart was helpful.There were no remote controls for the TV's. The house was clean but the pull out beds were VERY uncomfortable for our adult daughters.

Nice Place, Nice People

Mr. Hunt is a very nice man. Loved the property and Mr. Hunt's attitude. The ONLY drawback to the experience was that the included golf cart was parked 1/4 mile away. Other than that? I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Avalon and have a golf cart to use for the duration of their stay. Five Stars from me. Chris

Hi Chris, Mr. Hunt and I are glad you enjoyed your stay and the use of our golf cart. Our parking spot comes with some history. Half of the 84 units in the complex are rentals. Originally our renters were allowed to park in the parking garage under the complex. Because there were a few accidents, missing bikes, lost boogie boards, and other missing items, the condominium association quickly ruled that the parking garage is off-limits to renters. Just a few people had ruined the privilege for everyone. Since Avalon has over 3000 golf carts, parking spaces are at a premium. We are extremely fortunate that Mr. Hunt was able to locate a spot just down the street; otherwise, we would not be able to offer the use of our cart. Sorry for the slight inconvenience but a bit of walking allows all our vacationers to have continuous use of our cart. Thanks for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed your time on the island. Valentines weekend get away

This is the second time that we had stay at this property, very happy and satisfied although the condo we stayed at is under some renovation it was still very cozy and comfortable. Quiet and we always felt very safe. It's located walking distance to a lot of different points of interest and of course having the golf cart available was a plus. Can't wait till we go back again but, hopefully by then the pool and jacuzzy facilities will be available.

Condo with golf cart

The golf cart was filthy & should have had the trash throw out & cleaned. It looked liked it had sat outside for at least six months without be touched or one piece of trash being thrown out. I know how valuable having a golf cart is but its condition was really unacceptable. I would have even paid to have someone clean it. mr hunt was very enjoyable to work with & was accommodating. I love the island. We have been going tp Catalina for over ten years for the 4th of July as a family tradition with my grandchildren.

Great place to stay on the island!

I was on the island while the Catalina Wine Mixer was going on. The place is great where we stayed because it was away from the big crowds of people. It was very peaceful. The place itself was cozy and well kept. With all the amenities I would need. I would definitely recommend this place! The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Just like they posted. Having the use of the golf cart to get around Avalon really was nice. I have been to Avalon several times in the past and renting a golf cart can be a real pain.The local gentleman that helps manage the place is very helpful and pleasant

Save. Your. Money.

Save your money. This condo needs a SERIOUS makeover and upgrades. It is straight from the 1960's and needs a remodel. There is NO AC, which is unbearable during the hot, humid summer months. 2 fans were placed in either room which did little but blow the warm air around. The whole place gave me an unclean feeling. We have been visiting Catalina for almost 8 years & this was the worst vrbo we've ever stayed in. At almost $400/night with service fees/tax/cleaning, stay in a descent place on Catalina Island. Trust me.

We keep our condo very clean as you can see from the pictures. Our service which cleans the entire condo after each family leaves does an excellent job of leaving it squeaky clean. Unfortunately all of Southern California had a heat advisory during the time when this family stayed at our place. The entire complex was built in 1989, not in the 60's. Most people really enjoy our place especially because it comes with the use of our golf cart. Since golf carts rent for $50 per HOUR or more, you can imagine what a great deal our condo is with use of the pool, jacuzzi, golf cart , complete kitchen, and balcony. We only charge for a cleaning fee and tax which is required. The service fee is levied by Homeaway for using a credit card and is not an outrageous amount nor is it controlled by us.

Cozy comfortable condo

This was a nice cozy condo for my family of four. It had everything we needed and wanted. The golf cart, pool and jacuzzi were a must have that really made our stay awesome.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the lack of tv which the owners kindly refunded money back to compensate for it. Apparently there was some issue with the cable on the island. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Catalina is switching over to high definition cable tv. The cable company was supposed to have taken care of our tv cable before this family stayed. Unfortunately, the cable company dropped the ball and is taking care of it today. It was frustrating since we have no control over the reliability of the cable service, but this family was very accommodating about getting by with no tvs.
