1920's cottage on the lake with 25' dock that can accommodate a 20' boat.
This 1920's cottage sits five feet off the lake and offers one of the best views of the Squam Range. It is a basic three bedroom cottage (no frills) that offers the chance to experience one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in New England. Three bedrooms ( 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds) and a bathroom with a simple shower are on one floor. The living room offers an area to play board games or watch a movie. It is close to restaurants, marinas, climbing trails, and more.
