Large Family Home with Beach & Dock on Squam Lake

A beloved, family-run contemporary retreat on peaceful Squam Lake, cherished by the same family for nearly 75 years. Tucked among the pines with stunning lake views, this spacious home offers year-round comfort and classic lakeside charm.

Our private shared beach and dock is just a quick walk across the street, and is perfect for swimming, paddling, fishing, or soaking up the sun. We have dock space available for rent, if you are bringing or renting a boat. On rare warm days, window and free-standing A/C units keep the sleeping areas cool, and on chilly evenings, you can cozy up by the gas fireplace or our warm enjoy central heat.

Sleeps Up to 12 Guests:
- Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + ensuite
- Guest Bedroom: Full bed
- Office/Bedroom: Queen Murphy bed
- Loft: 4 twin beds + full futon

Linens are not included in the price but can be added at booking.

Gather & Relax:
- Fully stocked kitchen for family meals including Keurig & drip coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove & oven, and microwave
- Several dining options: 4 person eat in kitchen, 8 person dining room table, our covered porch or peaceful backyard
- On-site laundry (please be mindful of water usage – we are on a well and septic system)
- Office workspace & Wi-Fi
- 4 Roku-enabled TVs (primary bedroom, living room, loft, basement)

Outdoor Fun:
- Shared access to 2 kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and life jackets

- Private backyard, firepit, & large covered balcony overlooking the lake

Rainy Day Entertainment:
Game room & TV in the unfinished basement: ping pong, pool, foosball, poker, puzzles, board games, and more!

Please note: Children must be supervised at all times in the basement. Please return all items and leave the space clean. Additional fees apply if the game room requires resetting or cleaning. Please be mindful of the two restricted areas that are clearly marked.
