*Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on the property. No fireworks. The parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm FIRM. ***Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuation. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

Incredible home perfect for multiple families to gather. The views are breathtaking and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive and find it’s even better than the pictures! Highly recommend booking your stay!

Amazing family and friends stay

The view and this house were amazing. Had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. We had a group of 10 people and had more than enough room to spread out through the house. Will plan to stay here again for future vacations.

Every room had a unique style with artwork and furnishing. The view was fantastic. Ample kitchenware to accommodate feeding a large group. Direct access to the beach with spectacular views on every floor. So many thoughtful details. Great wifi.

Amazing

Amazing house! The photos don’t do this property justice, in the best way! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Loved being right on the beach. The views were gorgeous. Every room was tastefully decorated with a beachy feel. The house had plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas for all & beach sand toys & floats. The elevator was such a luxury & used immediately to unload luggage/groceries. Having the ability to get groceries delivered saved so much time which gave the family more time on the beach. The beach was clean, had almost white, powdery sand & was uncrowded. We can’t say enough good things about this house, it met all our needs & then some. Kristina was great to work with, very responsive to any & all questions. We’ll definitely book this house again!!

Nursing school 41 yr reunion

This is best place so far in our 10 yrs of reunions! We our all in our 60’s now and the 10 of us had a great time! The elevator was a huge blessing!!! Very spacious master suites! Beautifully decorated! We plan to make this “Our” place at the beach that’s just how much we loved it!

We absolutely loved this property. It was extremely clean and had a wonderful location right on the beach! The house was stocked extremely well with everything you can imagine you needed. Only 10 minutes away from various grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and kind with each and every interaction. This is hands down an amazing property and property owner. Birthday Beach Getaway

My husband, children, and 3 friends stayed in this beautiful home which provided plenty of room and also privacy when needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there and there were enough dishes and utensils provided. My daughter even cooked 2 cakes while there. In the garage there is a massive amount of chairs and umbrellas for beach use. We truly enjoyed having access to that. The home was very clean and there was enough towels in all bathrooms. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

One of the best vacations!

We were very honored to be the first guests of The Seaside at Tuscany. The pictures do not do it justice. The place was amazing and the owners thought of everything you might need. The place was also very clean, which we truly appreciated. Chris and Kristina responded so quickly to any request we had. My husband and I are not fans of Florida but this totally changed our mind. We would definitely come back. Thank you for making our vacation a truly memorable one!

Family Fun at Seaside Tuscany Navarre

Wow.....this beach home hits all the marks! Beautiful as the photos and Kristina was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! Some spices in cabinets which is always helpful, well stocked with coffee filters and K cups to get you going. Plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans for anything you want to cook! Beds are very comfortable and great sheets that are soft! No need to bring your chairs, umbrellas or beach toy - there were plenty for all of us to use! Be sure to check out the view from the 4th floor balconies - you will not be disappointed! From our new mothers view - the pack and play and highchair were a huge bonus, less to haul to FL! The elevator was great for our parents who are 86 and 92 and for brining up suitcases and groceries! All in All, this home is awesome and we have already booked for next year! Thank you for sharing your home with others!!

Everything was exactly as described, there were 10 of us who throughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us, everyone had space for privacy but there was also enough room for us to gather together both inside and out. The kitchen has about anything you could imagine for preparing meals.The entire was property was extremely clean.We had a wonderful old friend reunion.

When we were first married, we were stationed at Hurlburt Field AFB. Living in Navarre, we fell in love with the white sand & turquoise water. As our family began to grow- so did treasured memories of walks on the beach, swimming in the warm gulf water, sea shell hunting & sand castle making.

Since then, we have been stationed from sea to shining sea, which only confirmed to us that Navarre Beach is truly the most relaxing, beautiful beach there is.
