This beautiful home is located directly on the beach and is wheel chair accessible throughout. A private elevator accesses all levels of the home.

Tuscany Sunrise ideally accommodates 10 persons (2 per bedroom). A maximum occupancy of up to 12 persons is permitted. Allowed occupancy includes all small children and infants.

PLEASE NOTE: Large Groups or Special Functions with more than 12 persons cannot be accommodated. At no time may more than 12 persons be present inside the property. Occupancy is closely monitored and violations may result in Guest removal and forfeiture of monies paid.

Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains Operational Office Hours based on seasonal rental demands. Office Hours are maintained year round Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time. During periods of peak rental demand Office Hours are maintained on Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 6PM Central Standard Time.

RESERVATIONS: Guests may now request Reservations online. All rental requests are subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals. All rental requests are reviewed and processed within 24 Hours. Accepted rental requests will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals that contains a Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is imperative that the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement be reviewed, executed and returned to Navarre Vacation Rentals within 72 Hours of online rental reservation acceptance.

** PLEASE NOTE: Failure to execute and return the Vacation Lease Agreement within 72 Hours may result in the Cancellation of Guest's Online Reservation and the re-leasing of the property to another Guest.**

Online rental requests require Full Payment at the time of booking acceptance.

PETS: At no time are Guests permitted to have a pet animal present inside the home or on the grounds of the property. Violation of the Pet Policy is subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts and may result in immediate Guest removal (Please See Vacation Rental Lease Agreement). Charges, if any will be deemed billable and charges applied to the credit card furnished at the time of Check-In.

SMOKING: Tuscany Sunrise is designated as a NO SMOKING property. Smoking may only occur outdoors with windows and doors securely closed. Guest violations may result in immediate Guest removal and additional financial charges associated with needed repairs, replacements or smoke remediation efforts.

Minimum periods of time for rental of Tuscany Sunrise apply and are based on seasonal rental demands.
