Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, this home is in a secure skyrise that offers scenic views of Dubai's futuristic skyline.

The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. When you step inside, you will be greeted by the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and cutleries—the kitchen island doubles as a dining table with 4 bar stools where you can dine. Next, the living room features a sitting area with a large sofa bed and a smart TV with Netflix. Outside, there's a small balcony with a seating area for you to enjoy the stunning views.

The bedroom has a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest, a TV for you to enjoy, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and outdoor swimming pool. It also includes massaging chairs for your convenience so you can fully relax.

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow a late-night walk or stroll alongside the lake.

Consisting of regular grocery stores (Spinney's: 5 minutes from the building), laundries, cafes, and retail outlets, Jumeirah Lake Towers caters to the basic needs and supplies the entire daily requirement of the residents. Besides these, some major shopping hubs can be found in the nearby areas of JLT, such as Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Pearl Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, and the Mall of Emirates. These shopping paradises assist in all the needs of the residents and visitors of JLT, such as shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

DMCC is the closest metro station: 15 minutes walk.

The area is about 30 minutes away from Dubai International Airport (DXB).

Around 5 minutes to Sheikh Zayed Road, but allow a little more time during peak hours.

It will take about 10 minutes by car to reach the Dubai Media City business hub, and DIFC Dubai is about 20 minutes away.

If Downtown is your destination, you can be there in 20 minutes, traffic dependent.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
