We love Loon Village for the proximity and shuttle to Loon Mtn. Condo was a good sized 3 br and spacious sleeping for 2 families. Large dining table also a plus for big breakfasts before skiing. The wood burning fireplace is a definite plus (our favorite amenity!) most units are only a gas fireplace. The lower level shower was slow to drain which made the tub floor extremely slippery.

Best Location - Cozy - Responsive Host

Finding the property & checking in was so easy. As well as how convient the condo is from the mountain made the location ideal! The condo has a large comfortable couch which was perfect the relax on after a long day of skiing. The kitchen included at the basic amentities you'd need, and the beds were very comfortable. This was the perfect condo for two families with kids. The kids' space was ideal with a set of bunk beds and their own living / play space. The host, Greg, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Good location

The upstairs bedroom is a loft with no door. It has bunk beds but they were terribly uncomfortable. There were cobwebs in lots of places so they should do a better job cleaning. Overall we had a good stay for 3 nights. The location is great. We had a family of 6 and other than the uncomfortable and no privacy of the bunk beds it was fine. We also tried to have a fire and used the few logs next to the fireplace but there were no logs at all outside in the closet for the wood so that was a bit of a bummer. The host was very good at communicating and I’m sure if we noticed it earlier we may have been able to fix that. I should also mention that my family is myself, my husband, my 2 boys aged 23 and 21 and their girlfriends so they didn’t appreciate the bunk beds but could see how young kids might like them. We enjoyed skiing at Loon. The shuttle worked great. This should probably be listed as a 2 bedroom with a loft that has kids bunks.

Great for families

My family of 6 had a great stay! We found the layout of the home perfect for our family; myself, my husband, 16yo, 10yo, 9yo and 5yo. The kids loved the loft space and thought it was so cool to have their own hang out. The living room with the huge sectional sofa was perfect for us to lounge as a family for movies and games. We appreciated the size of the dining room table as it comfortably accommodated all of us. We appreciated the area rug in the living room as our 5 year old has disabilities and global delays, this was able to be a safe space for him to scoot around and play. The kitchen had essential pots pans, dishes, utensils etc that we needed to cook meals as a family. There was also great storage in the kitchen for all our food during our stay. We truly appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the unit as with multiple kids this came in very handy! We enjoyed Black Mountain Burger for dinner and Chutters for candy both 5-10 min drive away. The community center which the rental provides a pass for was 1-2 min drive from the unit. We had a blast swimming in their indoor pools and hot tubs. The pool has goggles to borrow as well as towel rentals for 1 a towel. Due to our family’s unique needs we opted to bring our own sleds with us and go to a local sledding spot 7 min away opposed to tubing at a local ski report. While we were there complex snow plows kept streets and parking spots clear of snow. Greg checked in throughout our stay and offered recommendation

Top-notch unit perfect for a family ski getaway to Lincoln, NH. Cozy couch, comfortable beds, and easy access to Loon. Fun swim club with multiple hot tubs and two pools.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We love traveling and being able to share our space with others. We currently have 5 properties in the White Mountains and love being able to sneak away to the area whenever possible. We have been hosting since 2021 and love hearing from our guests about different traditions -some old, some new- and the memories you have made at our home!

Why they chose this property

Lincoln, NH (and Loon Mtn more specifically) is home to many memories for our family. My wife and I grew up enjoying visits to Clark's bears, the Ice Castles, and other Lincoln attractions. Our time at UNH brought us to Loon for dozens of ski trips, and our kids are now starting to catch the bug. Our home could not have a more convenient location and is in a quiet neighborhood offering much more space and privacy than some of the other options in the area.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a great space in an awesome community. We set it up for families and groups of different sizes and ages and think you will find it cozy yet still comfortable enough for up to 8. We have unbeatable views of Loon's main slopes, a seasonal shuttle stop right outside the door, and complimentary access to the pools, workout and tennis club. You will be located right on the Kancamagus and just minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants and all the local attractions!
