The room was great. Nice shower, comfortable bed, very clean. The neighborhood area and the property itself are so quiet I did not see another person the entire time I was there until I left the gate to the golf area! A kcup machine with a couple pods would be perfection!

Lost one star due to needing a better mattress and the room could use a couple TV trays or something to use to eat on. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

Overall a good stay. Struggled quite a bit at the gate to get check in information and room code, but we figured it out. Host was kind and helpful. Every review mentions the cleanliness of this rental so we went in expecting that, but were met with several completely full bug glue boards - one right on top of the microwave when you walk in and one in the bathroom. Room and bathroom definitely needed to be wiped down a bit - there was a thick coating of dust everywhere, including dead bugs on the windowsill and the floor of the bathroom. Stained towels were folded nicely and left out for use, but there was no way we were using them. No bag in the trash can, and couldn’t find one to put in. Had this one room been cleaned, dusted, and vacuumed as the reviews mentioned, this experience would have been so much better.

I just needed a quiet clean place to sleep and it fit that bill very well. I didn't arrive until after dark and had a little trouble figuring out where I needed to be but that just might be me.

It was great as a room to stay in. It was nice to be in a gated community. If you want to use "kitchen facilities" the only thing provided was some paper bowls and a box of plastic forks.

We had a comfortable and quiet one night stay. It was located in a safe neighborhood and close to dining and shopping. If staying longer we would recommend bringing a tea kettle or coffee pot.

Host made everything easy! Good instructions and I was worried about getting into the gated community but it’s easy. Such a cute place and really comfy bed, shower is big and the location is really quiet and nice.

Great location

Property was easy to find. It was clean and meant all our needs, the host were very accommodating. Very quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.
