Check in, far away from tower. Suppose to get a call before 4 about check in when room ready. Never got a call. Called number they gave and lady said her computer was broken. So she transfered back to check in desk. Finally I went back in. They looked in computer and room was clean. And she had to make keys. Everyone very friendly. Just need to streamline some how.
