Sit on the swing and watch your family play in the sand on your own beach or in the shallow water. Water usually about 3-4' feet for quite a way out. Eagles, pelicans,hummingbirds zoom by,dolphins,crab&oyster boats...

No pets allowed at any time.

The space
Main bedroom with king-size bed and gorgeous waterviews. Attached master bath with double sink, shower and tub. Main bedroom has double glass doors into TV room that then goes into hallway.
2nd bedroom in rear with alcove twin bed.
3rd bedroom with queen bed and waterviews.
Hallway bath with shower.
Guest access
Driveway for 2-3 cars.
All cars must park in the driveway. HOA can tow cars parked on HOA space (any space outside the driveway).
Other things to note
This beautiful property is right on the Chesapeake Bay by the outlet of the Patuxent river. Therefore, there are a few things to keep in mind:

- Absolutely No pets allowed at any time - owners are allergic.
- Absolutely no additional guests or visitors at any time during your stay.
- Limit 3 cars. All cars to be parked on the driveway.
- Outside space is monitored by video cameras.

- Please bring your own bedsheets, towels, personal care products, including toilet paper and kitchen paper.
Master bedroom has a California King mattress - 11x77x77
Second bedroom has a queen mattress – 80x60x9
Third bedroom has a twin mattress – 38x76x13

- Check in is any time after 3pm. Checkout is 10am. Please do not be late as cleaners are scheduled and the home often is booked back to back.

- You need to take your recycling and trash to the landfill when you leave.
Appeal Landfill is located at 401 Sweetwater Rd in Lusby, Maryland 20657.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. - 7 p.m
Sunday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

- Weather varies and can change quickly. While the water is relatively shallow for quite a distance, please use life wests as needed and please watch yourself and children when in or near the water.

- There may be hazards in the water like crab-pots, crabs, sticks, rocks, and other objects. Please consider using bathing shoes. Please consider bringing wetsuits/bathing shirts/pants when there may be jellyfish.

- There are 6ft bulkheads against the water and beach - they are not fenced - please watch yourself and your children at all times.

- The Naval Air Station Patuxent River is across the river outlet. At times there will be noise from the facility and aircraft.

- There are three 1-person kayaks and paddles available to use. If you plan to use those, please make sure the weather is appropriate and that you do it safely and stay close to land. The weather can change very quickly. You will likely need 2 people to lift the canoes off the rack and to put them back again.

- There is a place to launch small boats in the community. If you plan to bring a boat on a hanger, please contact us before booking.

- Septic Care
The entire property lies within MD’s “Critical Care Zone”. The septic system is a special nitrogen reducing system and needs care.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANY GREASE DOWN THE SINK.
Please do not throw food down the sink either.
There is a food catcher in the sink, please discard food remnants from this into the trash.
Please wipe off excess oil/grease from your plate before putting it into the dishwasher.
Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilets. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, kitchen paper etc will block the system.
Please discard these in the trash bins in the bathroom.
Please use the shower hair catchers as hair will clog the filters. Please clean these hair catchers when you are done with your shower.
The concrete pit covered with pebbles on the left of the driveway is the septic drainfield where the clean water evaporates.
Please do not walk on the pebbles or allow children to play in them.
