we went for three nights over Labor Day weekend. I had a timeshare with my parents growing up and in my adult life so probably 40 years of experience with timeshares and we are getting out of it. They keep on changing and but we were just as happy or happier with this townhome. It felt cozy just like home and it felt clean and needs if we ever go back to Pensacola we will stay there again. honestly, this was the better way to go than timeshares since Covid. The timeshare industry has just gone down the rooms feel nasty and dirty and this is something I can say. They had everything that we needed. It was very clean and homie thank you so much.

The condo was very clean and beautiful! Quick walk to the beach and pool. The host responded within a timely manner. The pool was very nice, kids loved it! It was fun taking the trolley in town! The Local coffee shop across the road is soo good! We will definitely be staying at the condo in the future!

This was a nice choice for family time, 4 generations! The oldsters took the main floor bedroom and the more agile generations spread out upstairs. We had room for 3 vehicles. LOTS of storage space. Close to the beach and very close to a pool. Good living/dining arrangement. Not really close to restaurants, etc. but this was not a problem for us. We chose to order carry out and cook in for our meals. I thought the listing said 3 1/2 baths - I only saw 3 unless the large master bath upstairs counted as 1 1/2. We had a full bath on each floor (2 upstairs), so it wasn’t a problem.

We've stayed at this complex for over 40 years and love it. Pools, grounds, area on strip, all awesome. This condo's photos have nicer looking bedrooms than what we got. The bedding: thin, rough, picked, polyester coverlets that were thin. There were no blankets for any rooms, and one bedroom only had one pillow on queen. The mattresses were very uncomfortable- some of us slept on sofa. Sofa had cheap looking pillow covers that aren't in pictures. Disposal was broken when we arrived ( they knew b/c there were metal strainers on both sinkholes),and water backed up, needing a plumber who installed while we were there. Broken closet door leaning on wall. No bath mats/towel mats. A discolored leak stain about 5 ft long down a bedroom wall of a pinkish red color-that was gross. The LED lighting in the kitchen/living area were the brightest, cool light color- we all hated it. Positives: second fridge, furniture layout, in living/dining area, large TV, outdoor furniture, game closet for kids, barstools were very pretty. For paying what we did and not even being able to view the beach, I thought that decor would've felt and looked nicer. If they updated noted issues, this place would be worth it.

Pros: The townhouse was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and a quiet area. Cons: parking is difficult-two spaces in the garage but one parallel spot outside and a very small area to pull into garage.We had to enter the code on The keypad at the entrance gate Multiple times for it to work. My biggest complaint-when we arrived we could not gain entrance because the batteries were dead in both the front door and garage door keypads. When I called they wanted me to troubleshoot the issue instead of just sending someone to fix the problem. We finally got into the room 2 hours later. The garage door still did not work from the keypad which made the entire stay difficult. I text repeatedly and the only response was “thank you for your patience, we are working on it”. We left at the end of our stay with the garage still not working. No apologies, little communication. Will not use Postcard Properties again.
