LOCATION!!! Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful location. Our home is situated on 1.5 acres, backing up to beautiful pastures of farm land. Very private location. Perfect to get away from reality. Located just 2 minutes from the I-64 interstate, 20 minutes from Keeneland, 55 minutes from Churchill Downs and just mere minutes from the most famous bourbon Kentucky has to offer including Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Old Crow, J. Mattingly 1845, Four Roses, Ancient Age, Whiskey Thief & Castle & Key Bourbon distilleries just to name a few. Lots of restaurants near by, just 2 minutes from town. We offer mini blinds and curtains in every bedroom for a great night's sleep. Why rent a hotel room when you can get an entire house for better rate. Hope to see you soon! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. We were in town for a little Bourbon Trail Adventure. We were so close to places to eat and all our of tours. It was amazing. I do think one of the best things about this location was KEVIN BACON!!!

Beautiful home and property

The house was beautiful and the farm land it’s on was just as beautiful. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. We were very comfortable there and would definetly stay there again when we go back to Kentucky. The little extras were a nice surprise (shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bathroom). Beds were comfortable also. There were 2 horses next door that came over to greet us and a cute pig out back. We couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was. We’re going to bring our grown children and grandson next time so they can enjoy the place as well.
