About this property

Come to this central KY home for bourbon, wine, horses, sports, etc. but stay for the in-house fun with lounge & games on Main St, Lawrenceburg. You will be renting a 1469 sq ft house that is ideal for double date getaways, friend trips or couples. Located within 10 minutes of Wild Turkey & Four Roses distilleries with a new local craft distillery, 2 wineries, a golf course and fishing lake nearby. Within a 1 hour drive to the most desired distilleries on the Bourbon Trail and major cities such as Louisville, Bardstown, Frankfort and Lexington. There is even a castle is in close proximity so choose your fun and book now!

Double Shot on Main is a double bedroom, double bath, shotgun style house on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with double the fun of others in the area. During good weather it is within walking distance of downtown and it is a beautiful walk with mature trees and interesting homes.

We want you to have a comfortable stay so a fully equipped kitchen, two 40" Roku TVs and various games are provided. Bumper pool table, poker/black jack table, darts and everything from XBox 360 to board games, puzzles, playing cards, dice and books are supplied. Coffee, teas and condiments are on hand along with a drip coffee pot with filters provided, manual French press and coffee grinder. All linens and towels are provided with a starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, queen bed, 40" Roku TV, electric fireplace and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and use of the guest bathroom. Both bathrooms include a hair dryer. Window air conditioners and baseboard electric heat let you set your own temperature for each room. If you like a colder or warmer bedroom then you can do it here without affecting your travel companions.

Bourbon Trail quest!

A quick two days but a great central location for Bourbon Trail proximity! Make sure you get to Buffalo Trace early:) Terrific location and super comfortable. Can’t go wrong with this option!

Weekend Get-a-Way

We enjoyed our visit immensely! The door lock didn't work when we first arrived, but our host had the issue rectified within an hour. She was also in communication with us several times throughout our stay and was very kind and considerate. I would certainly recommend this property to others and we are likely to stay here again.

Great location to multiple bourbon distilleries!

We came down from Cincinnati to visit the various bourbon distilleries. We visited most of the distilleries, (some twice) in the 2 days we spent at Double Shot on Main! The house was the perfect size for 2 couples. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent this home again! Highly recommend!

Cute Little Home Perfect for Couples

Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday by doing the bourbon trail with dear friends. Double Shot was in a good central location. The place was a cute little shotgun style home that was clean, well-equipped, decorated nicely, and had comfortable beds. The property shares a driveway with the house next door, so it isn't terribly secluded or private. We saw the neighbors peeking at us as we drove in, but didn't really notice them after that. It might be an issue if you plan to be on the deck, but it was too cold for that anyway. All in all, very easy experience, and a very cute, comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Double Shot! Close to many things to do, including shopping and restaurants. Only issue we had was it was a little difficult to get in/out of the parking area with larger vehicles. Other than that, it was perfect for our stay! We had no other issues at all. Host was very informative and responsive to messages also. Great weekend, just not long enough!
