Please be advised: Our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. We require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in. During Festive Season our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. We require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. In the event the reservation is canceled by the Guest for any reason, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be withheld from all rental funds received at that time except in the instance of Force Majeure.
