Everyone was very pleased with our stay at this property! It looked even better in person. It was clean, spacious and accommodating. The only thing was showers stopped running as hot as we’d like them to but over all it was a very nice stay. I’d book again

Great Location with Views

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 1 child. We loved gathering around the large dining table for game night. The location was peaceful but still an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!!

The house was beautiful! It is exactly as advertised in the listing. Great space for our family of 9 to be able to gather for meals, games, watching TV, etc.

Great Family Vacation

The property was centrally located to all activities. Everyone had their own seperate area in the house and the game room was put to good use. There is a lot of construction in the area so we woke up everyday to heavy construction equipment traveling in front of the house! Other than that we had an amazing adventure!

Unit had not been cleaned well. Dog hair all over rugs and floors, counter tops were sticky with sugar on them.Patio door did not lock. Pictures fell off the wall, remote for light and ceiling fan in our room was gone, bathroom door would not close in our bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all you need to cook with. Game room was nice for kids. There were cleaning aids as well but they charge cleaning fee and I should not have to clean up after previous guests.

Place was beautiful, but would’ve been better if it was on the cleaner side. For the amount of money we paid I felt like the cleanliness of the house should’ve been taken more seriously. We found hairs and crumbs in the beds. There were blueberries on the game room floor. The floor also turned our socks black from walking on it not even five minutes from being there. The back door patio didn’t lock and there were issues with the WiFi when we arrived. Although the host communicated well and the sights were beautiful, I don’t think I would be renting again.

Overall the stay was good. Conflicting info on if we could check in at 3 or 4 and then 4pm passed and we still did not have a code to the house and no one replied to my message through VRBO until the day after checkin. However, we called the number provided and it would ring once then straight to voicemail but sending that number a text and someone did reply with the code to get in. Kitchen could have better appliances. Ice maker didn't work (or we couldn't figure it out), mixing bowls were cheap plastic and cracking, only one dish towel, but we were able to get by. The view is beautiful from the dining room but the neighbors could see right in and it was kind of awkward. Would have been nice to have some blinds but then that would block the view. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The kids enjoyed the electronic game, pool and hot tub. Wish we would have known there was a pickleball court up the road as that would have been a fun family activity. Seating areas inside and out were nice and sufficient for the 11 of us.
