We rented unit 83 for 45 days and we were very pleased several aspects of the property. The living spaces within the townhome are attractive, well designed, with generous spaces and excellent utility. The furnishings are well done and functional. The kitchen is generous with top end appliances. Large garage with an elevator to the second and third levels.



Good location with close proximity to the clubhouse, fitness center and pool, and easy access to Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande. A nice property.

Excellent People and Location

I stayed May 19th though August 31st. The location is great and near my boat. The owners are great people to work with. I plan to book this unit from May thru August for several years to come.

Amazing 5 Star Resort!!

Such a large, beautiful, and quiet townhouse with personal elevator and 3 car garage. Loaded with all the amenities you will need: sparkling enormous pool, Jacuzzi, an adequate exercise room with TV, tennis courts, gorgeous club house with fireplace and kitchen, and owners bicycles. Location is terrific close to markets, post office and 10 minutes to the infamous charming Boca Grande and beautiful seashore clad Manasota Beach.

Karen, the owner, is a warm,friendly and very accommodating woman. It was a pleasure to stay in such a wonderful townhouse that really feels like home.
