Private unit boasts 2 bedrooms, bathroom and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area fully furnished. Relax on the beach steps away or explore countless nearby attractions all within walking distance! Our prime North OC location puts you steps from the beach and countless attractions while enjoying unique private space
House Rules
1. CHECK-IN: 4pm est | CHECK-OUT: 10am est
2. NON-SMOKING- No smoking of any kind (Including vapes and e-cigarettes')
3. NO PETS- including ESA's are not allowed
4. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR- Please be respectful of the property and other guests
5. PARKING: Each unit includes 1 labeled parking spot per vehicle. Additional onsite parking options available.
6. Damage: (Beyond normal wear) broken or missing items will result in fee's at cost of repair and/or replacement of items
Other Notes:
-DAMAGES: must be reported promptly to the manager within 24 hours of arrival
-SECURITY CAMERA is located on the front of property and monitors the grounds
