The pool are a is amazing. The pool area is roomy, protected from heavy winds, and quiet. The shower in the grotto area was enjoyed by all. Be aware that the only guest bath is pool access only.Kurt the manager are exlent

Amazing pool

We stayed a week and hardly left the house! The pool is incredible! The kids never got tired of it and the adults loved the hot tub. Fishing off the pier was so much fun. Management is great! Explained everything and offered suggestions on how to conserve power. House had everything we needed, didn’t need to get anything to make the stay better. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The resort style pool and spa area were even better than we had imagined! The location was perfect as we enjoyed sunsets from the pool area each day. The dock worked out nicely for the boat we rented. We enjoyed riding around the area on the bikes provided. The house was clean and very spacious for our family. We cannot wait to return!

House and pool were amazing.

The house and pool/hot tub exceeded our expectations. Our family had a wonderful spring break vacation. Boat rental was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we look forward to returning!

Heavenly stay

This was our second year in a row at this villa! We absolutely love it!! The canal fishing was incredible this year! The only complaint i have is vacation goes to fast!!!

Third Trip Out to this Amazing House!

This is the third time our family has rented this home in Cape Coral and it's still one of our favorite vacation spots! First and foremost, you can't beat the unique pool - we spend most of our time at home, enjoying the outdoor living space. The location is great to head to great local restaurants and beaches. Communication with the owner and manager is excellent and we would definitely come back for another visit!

Beautiful house chilly pool

Property and location are great…..the pool was 75 degrees and took several days to get to a tolerable 87 degrees.

Very roomy inside and out. Everything was new because of the hurricane. This place is beautiful. Loved the outdoor shower in the grotto! It’s surprising what mischief two old folks can get into in this wonderful pool area. You have your own private water park!

Fun Pool

My son and I have a blast swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, and fishing off of the dock! Lots of little touches everywhere -- room to play, eat, cook, and just have fun. The house is clean with everything you need. We only left the house once to go to the beach and decided the house was better! I highly recommend, especially if you have children.

Beautiful House

This house is amazing, very clean and up kept. The lay out of the house is very roomy. Beautifully decorated. The lanai area is stunning. The pool area is gorgeous, plenty of seating, the pool is beautiful and cannot say enough about the hot tub in the grotto. We rented a boat and was able to dock it right there. Would recommend this house to anyone. Looking forward to renting it again. We had a blast. Thank you Kurt for allowing us to enjoy a little piece of paradise.

Tropical Paradise!

Omg! The pool photo sold us the moment we seen it! It was beyond spectacular! The house was roomy and decorated with the perfect Florida feel! We enjoyed early morning swims and then going out touring Cape Coral neighborhoods, before returning for a lovely cookout on the beautiful screened lanai! The pool, grotto and waterfall were lit by colorful lights that made our evening swims so relaxing and enjoyable! What a wonderful, yet affordable, tropical getaway!

Fantastic Return Trip!

After renting this property 3 years ago, it was the 1st choice for our family when we talked about where we would go after having to take a break from traveling the last couple of years. It did not disappoint! It is so nice to have the private pool and hot tub, being right on the water And so close to so many different things to do in sea in Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral. We had such a great time that we decided while we were there to go ahead and book again for next summer! Also the management and communication from the property owner is amazing, all of our questions were answered promptly. We would highly recommend this property fproperty for a very relaxing relaxing family vacation!

Wonderful property/five star home/and management

The house was wonderful. The pool was awesome. We loved the tropical feel. Would definitely rent this house again. The management was very nice and easy to deal with. The house was exceptionally clean. Our kids loved the waterfall and the bridge. The pool was already heated and ready to go upon arrival. Kitchen had more than what we needed. Excellent property and experience

We were looking for a home with a private pool for our autistic son so he could swim without large crowds. The picture of the pool area alone drew us to this house. The pictures did not do it justice. It was incredible. Very private as we never really saw the neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal from scratch. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure. All in all, it was an excellent stay. We look forward to returning soon

Great Family Get Away

Kurt was great. Provided us with access to the house and stopped by shortly after to introduce us to the house. Kurt even provided us with Cape Coral map and mapped out restruants, grocery and points of interests. Kids had a great time swimming around the grotto and bridge. It was difficult to get them out for lunch/dinner. Great place for kids if you're looking to relax and not spending your vacation sight seeing. The swimming kept my kids very happy which made Mom and Dad happy. Thanks Kurt. Great place!

I have stayed in several VRBO's over the years. This one was the best by far! The pictures don't really do it justice, it is better in person. The owner is very responsive and handles any issues right away!! The only thing that would be nice, is another refrigerator...for all your "liquids" The home is very nicely stocked with tons of towels, extra linens, coolers, and just about everything you might need to go to the beach or boating and can't bring on the plane!! Very helpful when coming in from out of town. Thank you Kurt for a great stay!!

Outstanding villa

Stayed at this villa for 7 nights to celebrate a big birthday with my wife. I find it hard to put into words just how unbelievably fantastic this villa is. It made us feel like millionaires all week. Inside, the villa has a superb feel to it with new quality appliances and furniture, comfortable beds and a vast living space, whilst the outside pool/spa area is as good as you would find anywhere in the world. Manfred and his wife met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the villa and made us feel at home which was a great start to the stay. If you are considering booking this villa… do so. It is amazing !!!

Perfect family getaway!

This gorgeous home was the perfect escape for our family. We have done beachfront rentals before but one and to try something different and this fit the bill perfectly. Being right on the water was amazing it was very quiet and private and the kids loved having access to the pool any time period the pool is exactly as it's pictured on the listing the Grados style hot tub area is gorgeous and my kids never got tired of playing in it every day. The location of the home is perfect if you want a jet over to Fort Myers for the day or head over to Sanibel which we did multiple times. Very close to the airport and easy to get to. The home itself was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, great things to take to the beach with us as well as the TV's in each Room and extra bedding. I would highly recommend it in fact we're thinking every booking for next summer already!

An absolute dream come true highly recommend!

My partner and I both had the time of our lives a this villa. It is absolutely stunning. Cannot fault a single thing. It’s impeccably clean and beautiful and truly like you’ve stepped into paradise. The owners are extremely friendly warm and welcoming and communication and organisation was excellent, we had great contact throughout and a lovely informative tour. The villa has absolutely everything you would need and more. The pool area is out of this world, as is the whole area of Cape Coral. We had the holiday of a lifetime and we will definitely be coming back as often as we can! Already started saving up! 2nd time renting this home and it is still fabulous.

We enjoyed working with Kurt and Manfred. Very nice people. The home was very enjoyable. Had no problems with the pool or heating hot tub. Everything was fabulous and we would definitley stay again. Five stars for sure. I noticed on a lot of reviews people are mentioning the cost of the electric bill and they were unaware of this charge. Every house we have rented in Florida for the last 10 years charges us the electrical cost. We have no problem paying this and we have always known up front that this will have to be paid. They always send info over with rental agreement.

Rip off on electric use/ owner needs new manager

Stayed 28 days mid Jan to Feb 12th (pool was so cool I didn’t even get in except for a couple of days. It never heat up to over 80 degrees) and had an outrageous overage of electricity usage. The property manager blamed it on our use of the air conditioning (which was kept at 73 degrees); supposedly gave us a good will credit and kept our security deposit Have stayed at several other places in Cape Coral same time of the year, this year was by far the coolest temperatures, and never had a penny of electricity over usage. After reading other tenant reviews must be pool issue But my main complaint is with the rude condescending attitude of this property manager.

Have your own water park at the home. 300' of waterfront with a captains walk. Home is located at the end of a cul de sac and guarantees you serenity.
