Enjoy a French Rivera style to San Antonio, Texas! Spacious apartment impeccably designed. Centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes away from the much vaunted Pearl District. Within walking distance to bar streets and restaurants or a short drive too!
The neighborhood is a little slice of heaven in the historic district of Monte Vista. Surrounding this property is a private school and only a minute walk across the street is an amazing Spanish restaurant with delicious food and a classic SA atmosphere!
All street parking is public unless otherwise designated. Behind the building is a private alley way for more additional parking behind the building. This parking is reserved for our guests only so you won't be competing for a spot. Additionally, if parking behind the building, a second access point is available thru the door labeled "Laundry Room". A second door will be inside that leads to the stairwell to the kitchen.
- No smoking inside of the condo. If smoke is detected, there will be a $250 fine.
