Everything very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Pool & hot tub (both salt water) were fabulous—whole family spent lots of time in the backyard. Great property!

Great stay

Fabulous location with amazing views and lovely pool area. Management was responsive. We loved the game room with foosball and pool table. So many cool places to sit outside and enjoy the views!

We visited the week of Thanksgiving and could not have had a more perfect experience! We had four adults (65, 62, 42, 45) and two children (6 and12) and the house was perfect for every one of us. The house was outfitted with every possible need from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the yard and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with all the sides. Outstanding pots, pans and bakeware…even multiple serving platters and dishes. Bedrooms were large and well appointed with comfortable beds and the house has three master suites! The kids loved the game room, large sectional snd large TV for game watching. The location was quiet and provided excellent viewing of sunrise and sunset. It was also convenient to grocery and downtown. I cannot recommend this property highly enough as the management company was wonderful to work with and even stopped in with treats half way through the week to ensure we did not need anything. Cannot wait to stay again next year!

This home was a jackpot find! It was so much more than a typical VRBO rental; it felt like its own mini resort!The cheerful retro decor of each room made it feel like a model home. The unexpected details and accessories continued to delight us: full kitchen supplies incredibly well organized, a clubhouse-like array of entertainment options including quality billiards, foosball, fire pit, hot tub, beautiful pool, ample lounge chairs, umbrellas, pleasing landscape design and lighting. It was generously equipped with high quality linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, games, pool towels and toys, and did I mention kitchen supplies?The cleanliness and safety measures were exceptional.The instructions and communication with the owner/manager were among the best I've experienced.The location is superb. It's in a classy residential neighborhood situated just high enough on the hill to offer a lovely view of the valley in front while the backyard feels private and cozy nestled in to the backdrop of the nearby mountain. Yet it is a five-minute drive from the quaint Palm Desert retail and restaurant area.If you're heading to Palm Springs with a family or group of friends, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better goldmine than this Hillside Oasis!

Our family loved this spot. It looks exactly like the pictures. This house was located just off the main road leading into Palm Springs. The backyard and pool area were amazing. It had plenty of seats and tables to eat lunch or a snack as well as lounge chairs to lay in the sun. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals was super convenient as well. This was one of the few homes we have rented that had a large enough dining area to sit all 7 members of our family. Our host had a welcome booklet with helpful instructions, favorite restsurants, and popular attractions to visit. Our host also left a basket of snacks and several bottled waters in the refrigerator waiting for us when we arrived. We stayed over the 4th so we had a great few of the skyline to see several fireworks displays from the front porch area. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.
