Great amenities including tankless hot water system, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous exterior including deck and fire-pit for your new "home away from home." Safety features including carbon monoxide/smoke detectors throughout to keep your family/friends safe. Centrally located - just a couple blocks from downtown and 5 minutes from FSU.
