3 bedroom 2 bath updated whole home. 2 Sofa Beds as well. Just feet from the beach. This tastefully decorated two bedroom one bathroom home is a perfect spot to enjoy quiet time close to town. Located just 2 miles from Surf City shopping, restaurant and entertainment. Avoid the crowds after work and enjoy a semi private beach where only a small amount of family owned homes are located.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom

A separate security deposit for $300 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
