The space
Come visit beautiful, safe and clean Marco Island, Florida. You will feel like you are on a far away tropical island without having to leave the USA.
Your home away from home will be in one of the best locations on Marco. It’s just a short walk to enjoy the white sand of Marco Island’s highly desirable South end beaches.
In the evening, after you take a leisurely stroll to the beach to catch the gorgeous Marco Island sunset, you can stop by one of Marco’s fabulous upscale restaurants on the way home. There are many choices all within a 10 minute walk of your home, including some of our favorites like Stonewalls, Marco Prime, Davinci’s and the Oyster Society. The J.W. Marriott and Hilton are also just a few blocks away and have numerous restaurants and activities.
Our newly renovated four bedroom, two car garage home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Marco. There are 5 beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our open concept home is fantastic for families to entertain or relax. You can lounge around the pool area, relax in the spa or take a dip in our South facing heated pool that basks in sunshine all day long.
If you would prefer to dine in, it’s just a short drive to the Publix grocery store. Pick up your usual favorites or choose local delicacies and prepare your meal in our well equipped kitchen or outdoor grill.

If you need to take your work with you, we have office space set up with high speed internet. The kids can enjoy their games with fast wifi. The entire home has Hulu live TV so you can watch a movie or never miss your favorite sports team.
The Marco Island area is a golfing mecca with everything from mini-golf for the family to the most challenging world renowned golf courses. The fishing and boating in the area is some of the best in the country with many charters and rentals available. The outdoor activities in Marco are endless. There are bike and walking trails throughout the island as well as pickleball, tennis and fitness facilities.
If shopping is your thing, it’s a 17 mile drive to Naples 5th Avenue and its upscale fashion, jewelry, spas, artwork, fine dining and entertainment.
And if anyone in your group chooses to stay behind, you don’t have to feel bad because they are just steps from the beach.
