Our villa in Regal Palms resort (Davenport, disney area, Florida) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 king, 2 queen, 1 twin (disney theme room). The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Ps3. Free WI-FI.
Fully air conditioned.
Regal Palms resort is a gated community located just 7 miles from walt disney world. This luxury resort sits nestled just off hwy 192 and us 27 and is one of the most desired resorts in the orlando area. It is only a 30 minute drive from the orlando international airport, and is situated central to all orlando's famous attractions. The resorts amenities include huge resort size swimming pool, jacuzzi, water park, waterslides, lazy river, volleyball, clubhouse, restaurant and a fitness center with a full treatment spa.
A mandatory fee (to be paid locally to the front desk) is due for the Resort access: an amount of USD 22.40/day (taxes included) is charged for every day for the entire home (and NOT for each guest). However, between November 1 - March 31 for reservations of 25 days or longer there is the "snowbird" rate, that is only USD 12.32/day (taxes included).
Nearby some of the best golf courses of the Florida.
Just beside the Regal Palms resort there is the Highlands Reserve golf club.

Great stay

We were in town for the Ripken experience at ESPN Worldwide sports.This condo was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool after long hot days at the baseball fields.

We love to stay there

We have been coming to this house for several years now and love staying there. The community is very quiet and safe. There is a great community pool that we frequent.The owner is very friendly and takes care of everything immediately. For us, this house is the perfect vacation home.

Comfy Vacation

Had a great kitchen setup to make early morning breakfasts to start our day… Living room was inviting as the family common area spot with dining room table big enough for games.Everything was clean and host was reaponsiv. I would rent again.

Perfect family getaway

This property is centrally located, gated community and large enough for our family vacation with kids and grandkids. Didn't use the resort features, but they were nice as well.

Regal Palms - a great vacation spot

The Regal Palms resort is a great family location. Angelo's townhouse provides a convenient, family friendly place to enjoy the resort and explore the Disney area. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need. The resort is wonderful - pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, sauna, playground, indoor activity and game room

Our stay was great. There were 7 of us total.. 5 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the Peter Pan themed room. We felt like we were home away from home. Angelo was a great host from the time of booking to checking out. We were informed of everything we needed to know about the resort and checked on during our stay to make sure all our needs were met.

Great property, perfect for our needs

Property had everything we needed as far as furnishings and layout. It was very sparse with toiletries, kitchen, and cleaning supplies...very bare minimum. For the price, would like to see a bit more accommodation there. Property is somewhat updated, comfy couches, dining table was a great size for our family, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our priority was to have at least three rooms with a king or queen, and this property fit the bill. Host was very responsive and accommodating; would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

What can I say. It was our second stay in the house and everything was perfect again, just like the first time. The host is always very friendly and helpful. If there is ever a small issue, he takes care of it immediately. One thing is for sure, we will definitely be back.

Great for 8 guest!

Overall the house is like expected. Great service from Angelo. There's no cleaning products, towels or tissus leave for the guest. It's could be helpfull for long distance travellers who must buy thoses products.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. The house, the resort, the pool... Our host was always available and took care of everything immediately. It could always be that something needs to be fixed. If this was the case, it was done the same day. We have been to Orlando 4 times but this was our best stay. We loved it and have already booked again for next year.

A great experience

This property was exactly as described/pictured. It was a great location for our family vacation. The master downstairs as well as the master upstairs and the two additional bedrooms and 3 full baths worked out great. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and Angelo was very responsive to our questions. Everything was clean and the pool/lazy river was comfortable and relaxing. Publix was conveniently around the corner along with plenty of restaurants. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from the backyard of the townhouse. It was a great experience.

The place was very dirty and very old. Had nets and ants.

Bad experience would not recommend this property to anyone. I contact the owner he was very concerned.If you are looking for a clean place this is not the place. But his customer service was good.

Dear Angelo, Thank you for the accommodation at your villa. We had a lovely time and the villa was comfortable. A couple of things to bring to your attention. The overall decor of the house is a little tired looking and could use some updating. Also, I had to wash all floors upon our arrival because they weren’t the cleanest. Decent

The house was clean. Check-in took a while because of few staff at the desk. The house was smaller than it seemed in the photos. For example, the table seating was very tight for my family. Loved the extras provided: plenty of towels, detergent, dish detergent, hair dryers, ice cube trays, coffee filters, GIANT trashcan, etc.. However, the house is in dire need of an update. Very 1980s: crystal faucet handles, cracked tiles, dirty screens, old sinks. That said, the interior was very clean. Parking right outside was awesome, though the house location was far from the pool area. Owner was in touch on the first day to make sure everything was OK and assured me that he was available should I need anything. Driving to Disney took anywhere from 20-30 minutes. The location enable us to avoid I4 daily, so that was a plus. All-in-all, this house was decent and gave us more space than a suite would have.

Recent stay

The check in process was simple at the fron office. Once arriving at the home we didnt have the code to gain entry to the house resulting in 30 minutes of calling around to find it. The cleaning company must have done a quick run through for cleaning and it was noticed with dirty floors and not the cleanest of bathrooms. We were left with 1 trash bag and 2 dishwash pods and no other soap for a 6 day stay with 3 kids and 4 adults which was not ideal at all. The location pool area seems much larger in photos than it really is but the kids still enjoyed it. A week after checking out inwas charged to replace the sheets and pillow cases on 2 of the beds due to "staining" when I know there wasnt when we left as a paper in the home had stated to start a load of sheets before leaving so the beds were stripped to do so. Over all I dont think i would recommend staying here.

Perfect place

This place was exactly what the listing said. It was only 10 mins or so from Disney and had a lot of food places near which made it easy for us because we never cooked while we were out. I would definitely stay here again!

Just okay

All the towels were crammed into the dryer and full of body hair and still wet when we arrived. The management company brought us new towels the next day. The front of the oven fell off when we went to pull a pizza out of the oven and the management company had it handled the next day. The management company is doing a fantastic job of handling issues. I would not stay here again though because: 1. The fitted sheets on the kids bed were for a much larger bed so they wouldn't stay on their beds and the kids kept waking up on the bare mattress cover. 2. The gray recliner sofa in the main photo for the property was not the sofa in the unit. I actually look for units with comfy livingroom furniture as we like to veg out with the kids and watch TV at night so that was disappointing. 3. The door to the master bedroom didn't latch shut properly or lock so the slightest push opens it. I was walked in on once by one of my kids because of this. 4. The master bath shower curtain rings fall EVERY time you open or close it. (I am not exaggerating when I say every time) so I basically just gave up reattaching them each time. I had one get caught in my hair as I was getting in the shower one time and I nearly fell in the shower because it jerked my head back. 5. Smoke alarm beeped the whole stay. I was told to hit the reset button but that did not fix the issue. This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Regal Palms and we love it which is why we always come back. Its the perfect family friendly place to stay with small kids. Just this unit in particular could use some tlc. Property owner was very responsive and helpful with the emergency issues (lack of clean towels and hot broken oven). I think the master bedroom door not latching shut OR locking was the most frustrating part of our stay there. We bought door stops hoping that would hold the door shut and give us some privacy but they did not work. The second most frustrating part was the shower curtain not staying up due to improper shower curtain hooks. The unit description said it came with internet but we could not locate the wifi. I probably should have reached out to the property owner again but I didn't.

Clean and comfortable

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children that shared this condo space for our trip to Orlando. Check-in was easy and home was easy to find. Not included in cost of rental is a resort fee we paid at check-in. The public pool area was comfortable and clean. We ended up purchasing 4 box fans because it was very stuffy. It was a good value and a good experience.
