Notre villa située dans le complexe Regal Palms (Davenport, Disney, Floride) dispose de 4 chambres à coucher et de 3 salles de bain (1 lit king size, 2 lits queen size, 1 chambre double (chambre à thème Disney). L'occupation maximale est de 8 personnes. Nouveaux matelas et nouveaux téléviseurs LCD dans chaque chambre. Nouveau salon.
Four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse. Ps3. Wifi gratuit. Entièrement climatisé.
Regal Palms Resort est une communauté fermée située à seulement 11 km du monde de Walt Disney. Ce complexe de luxe est niché juste à côté des autoroutes 192 et 27 et est l’un des complexes les plus recherchés de la région d’Orlando. Il est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international d'Orlando et est situé au centre des attractions les plus célèbres d'Orlando. Les installations du complexe incluent une immense piscine, un jacuzzi, un parc aquatique, des toboggans, une rivière artificielle, un terrain de volley-ball, un club-house, un restaurant et un centre de remise en forme avec spa complet.

The host was welcoming. The accommodations were in line with our expectations. We requested assistance for one item and the maintenance company responded the next day! The unit was made for a larger group than just the two of us - would highly recommend for a family vacation. :)

I would recommend that the front and rear outside lights be working. The main issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen and throughout the rest of the home.

I am very sorry to read such review: in particular because the guest didn't report to me these issues during his stay (in this case, the problems could have been solved very quickly). Furthermore, the cleaning team that have cleaned the unit immediately after the check-out have not found any ants in the house...

We were in town for the Ripken experience at ESPN Worldwide sports.This condo was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the pool after long hot days at the baseball fields.

We love to stay there

We have been coming to this house for several years now and love staying there. The community is very quiet and safe. There is a great community pool that we frequent.The owner is very friendly and takes care of everything immediately. For us, this house is the perfect vacation home.

This property is centrally located, gated community and large enough for our family vacation with kids and grandkids. Didn't use the resort features, but they were nice as well.

Had a great kitchen setup to make early morning breakfasts to start our day… Living room was inviting as the family common area spot with dining room table big enough for games.Everything was clean and host was reaponsiv. I would rent again.

Regal Palms - a great vacation spot

The Regal Palms resort is a great family location. Angelo's townhouse provides a convenient, family friendly place to enjoy the resort and explore the Disney area. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need. The resort is wonderful - pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, sauna, playground, indoor activity and game room

Our stay was great. There were 7 of us total.. 5 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the Peter Pan themed room. We felt like we were home away from home. Angelo was a great host from the time of booking to checking out. We were informed of everything we needed to know about the resort and checked on during our stay to make sure all our needs were met.

Great property, perfect for our needs

Property had everything we needed as far as furnishings and layout. It was very sparse with toiletries, kitchen, and cleaning supplies...very bare minimum. For the price, would like to see a bit more accommodation there. Property is somewhat updated, comfy couches, dining table was a great size for our family, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our priority was to have at least three rooms with a king or queen, and this property fit the bill. Host was very responsive and accommodating; would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

What can I say. It was our second stay in the house and everything was perfect again, just like the first time. The host is always very friendly and helpful. If there is ever a small issue, he takes care of it immediately. One thing is for sure, we will definitely be back.

Great for 8 guest!

Overall the house is like expected. Great service from Angelo. There's no cleaning products, towels or tissus leave for the guest. It's could be helpfull for long distance travellers who must buy thoses products.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. The house, the resort, the pool... Our host was always available and took care of everything immediately. It could always be that something needs to be fixed. If this was the case, it was done the same day. We have been to Orlando 4 times but this was our best stay. We loved it and have already booked again for next year.

A great experience

This property was exactly as described/pictured. It was a great location for our family vacation. The master downstairs as well as the master upstairs and the two additional bedrooms and 3 full baths worked out great. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and Angelo was very responsive to our questions. Everything was clean and the pool/lazy river was comfortable and relaxing. Publix was conveniently around the corner along with plenty of restaurants. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from the backyard of the townhouse. It was a great experience.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and are giving a generous four stars, especially since we arrived on Christmas Day and the host and management company were responsive. Positives: The unit is very spacious and the 4bed/3 bath were perfect for our adult group. The kitchen was well equipped (dated, but everything worked). Check-in was easy, front desk staff were friendly, and the area felt safe. The resort amenities were nice, we enjoyed the lazy river and slide. Publix next door, easy highway access, and parking at both the unit and resort was very convenient. The price felt reasonable for the size and location. Things to know: Upon arrival, two smoke detectors were loudly beeping from dead batteries. Despite quick responses, we had to buy batteries ourselves on Christmas evening. The master toilet was broken but repaired the next day. We had Wi-Fi issues, which was disruptive for remote work (fixed the next day), but TVs never connected to Wi-Fi, and the main TV had no remote. Supplies were very minimal for a 9-night stay. The unit is dated, appliances are loud, and the upstairs carpet has a raised area that caused me to trip. The unit is far from the resort if walking. Cleanliness was the biggest issue: trash under beds, debris near the washer, and stained downstairs linens, which did not feel freshly changed. Porch light also did not work. The host is responsive, but better cleaning and maintenance checks are needed. With improvements, we would consider staying again.

The place was very dirty and very old. Had nets and ants.

Bad experience would not recommend this property to anyone. I contact the owner he was very concerned.If you are looking for a clean place this is not the place. But his customer service was good.

The house was perfectly cleaned, as usual (my team takes several pictures at the end of each cleaning procedure): in fact, the guest was not able to explain what was not cleaned. However, to satisfy the guest, another deep clean was performed within few hours. Regarding the nets and ants, each month a professional team apply special products to keep insects away: but we are in Florida, surrounded by the nature...so, it may happen to see some ants.

The house was clean. Check-in took a while because of few staff at the desk. The house was smaller than it seemed in the photos. For example, the table seating was very tight for my family. Loved the extras provided: plenty of towels, detergent, dish detergent, hair dryers, ice cube trays, coffee filters, GIANT trashcan, etc.. However, the house is in dire need of an update. Very 1980s: crystal faucet handles, cracked tiles, dirty screens, old sinks. That said, the interior was very clean. Parking right outside was awesome, though the house location was far from the pool area. Owner was in touch on the first day to make sure everything was OK and assured me that he was available should I need anything. Driving to Disney took anywhere from 20-30 minutes. The location enable us to avoid I4 daily, so that was a plus. All-in-all, this house was decent and gave us more space than a suite would have.

Hello Kim, thank you for your review: I am happy to know that everything was clean and you enjoyed your stay and the extra provided. Regarding the style of the house, it is not 1980s: the townhome was built in the 2009 and recently renewed. Maybe it is not your style, but the pictures on the website show exactly the condition of the house. Also the 1492 square feet are exactly indicated on the same page. Furthermore, I can assure that the table in the dining room is spacious enough for at least 6-8 people (my family is of 6 people). Lastly, each consideration have to be put in relationship with the price paid: at the same price paid for each day, maybe you can obtain a single room in a decent hotel on the I4. Warm regards.

Recent stay

The check in process was simple at the fron office. Once arriving at the home we didnt have the code to gain entry to the house resulting in 30 minutes of calling around to find it. The cleaning company must have done a quick run through for cleaning and it was noticed with dirty floors and not the cleanest of bathrooms. We were left with 1 trash bag and 2 dishwash pods and no other soap for a 6 day stay with 3 kids and 4 adults which was not ideal at all. The location pool area seems much larger in photos than it really is but the kids still enjoyed it. A week after checking out inwas charged to replace the sheets and pillow cases on 2 of the beds due to "staining" when I know there wasnt when we left as a paper in the home had stated to start a load of sheets before leaving so the beds were stripped to do so. Over all I dont think i would recommend staying here.

The door code is provided several days in advance, along with a lot of other information regarding, the house, the resort and the surrounding area. No issue with the door code was reported to me nor to my on-site team. Furthermore, the house was perfectly cleaned, as usual (my team takes several pictures at the end of each cleaning procedure): in fact, I have written to the guest the second day of the stay (as usual) to ask if there was any issue and I have received no answer. Finally, regarding the stained sheets and pillows, the pictures taken by my on-site team are very clear. I am very sorry to read such unfair review.

Perfect place

This place was exactly what the listing said. It was only 10 mins or so from Disney and had a lot of food places near which made it easy for us because we never cooked while we were out. I would definitely stay here again!
